Description

The invention relates to a sliding door fitting for at least two sliding doors that can be opened in parallel.

Such sliding door fittings are well known, but usually consist of many individual parts and are therefore expensive, complex to construct, heavy, clumsy, space-consuming, vulnerable in terms of mechanics and difficult to set up.

From the EP 0 712 989 A1 a sliding door fitting for two sliding doors that can be shut off in parallel is known. The sliding door fitting comprises an upper and a lower slide rail, each having a guide groove, and two upper and two lower spring gliders for each of the sliding doors. The spring sliders each have a torsion spring with a first spring leg, which is intended to rest against one groove flank of the guide groove, and a second spring leg which carries a pressure arm. The free end of the pressure arm is intended to rest against the other groove flank of the guide groove and can be deflected from a starting position against the spring force of the torsion spring into an end position in which the free end of the pressure arm is spaced less far from the first spring leg than in the starting position.

In contrast, the present invention is based on the object of specifying a sliding door fitting that is as simple as possible, in particular for small pieces of furniture.

This object is achieved by a sliding door fitting for at least two sliding doors that can be moved in parallel, with an upper and a lower slide rail, each having a guide groove, and with at least two upper and two lower spring glides for each of the sliding doors, with the spring glides each being formed in one piece from plastic and each a base body with two opposite longitudinal edges, of which the one, first longitudinal edge is intended to rest on one side of the guide groove, and have a spring arm formed on the base body, the free spring arm end of which is intended to rest on the other side of the guide groove, wherein the The spring arm can be deflected from a starting position, in which the free end of the spring arm projects outwards over the other, second longitudinal edge, against the action of a restoring force into a less far projecting end position, and the distance between the two longitudinal edges of the base body ers is at most half the width of the guide groove, so that two compressed spring gliders can be placed parallel to each other in the slide rail.

The sliding door fitting according to the invention has few, inexpensive and light parts that are neither error-prone nor complicated to assemble. According to the invention, the spring sliders are formed in one piece from plastic, so that the restoring force of the spring arm is caused by its elastic deformation.

The base body preferably has a recess on its second longitudinal edge, into which the free end of the spring arm engages at least partially in the end position.

Particularly preferably, the base body has on its mounting side at least two pins spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, which are pressed into corresponding bores in the bottom or top of the sliding door. Advantageously, different trunnion spacings can prevent reversed placement of the lower and upper spring sliders. Preferably, the lower and the upper spring sliders are mirror-symmetrical to one another, possibly except for different pin spacings.

Particularly preferably, the spring arm has a longitudinal edge that protrudes beyond the mounting side of the base body so that it can also be deflected by a sliding door that is pushed past.

The invention also relates to a flush-closing sliding door arrangement with at least two sliding doors that can be opened in parallel and with a sliding door fitting designed as above, each of the sliding doors being fitted in the guide groove of the lower slide rail by means of two lower spring gliders mounted on the underside and by means of two upper spring gliders in the guide groove mounted on the upper side the upper slide rail is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner.

Further advantages of the invention result from the description, the claims and the drawing. The embodiments shown and described are not to be understood as an exhaustive list, but rather have an exemplary character for the description of the invention.

The sliding door fitting 1 shown serves to park two sliding doors 13a, 13b in parallel in one Figure 3a shown, flush-closing sliding door assembly 12 of a sliding door cabinet and is particularly suitable for smaller furniture.

The sliding door fitting 1 comprises an upper and a lower, flat U-shaped slide rail 2a, 2b , each with a guide groove 3 and two upper and two lower spring sliders 4a, 4b for each of the two sliding doors 13a, 13b. As in 2 shown, the spring sliders 4a, 4b each have a flat base body 5 with two opposite longitudinal edges 6a , 6b, of which one, first longitudinal edge 6a is intended to rest against one groove flank 3a of the guide groove 3, and a spring arm articulated on the base body 5 7, the free end of the spring arm 7a is intended to rest against the other groove flank 3b of the guide groove 3.

In der Endstellung verläuft die Längskante 9 bevorzugt parallel zum ersten Längsrand 6a.The spring sliders 4a, 4b are each formed in one piece from plastic, ie the spring arm 7 is formed on the base body 5 and can be elastically deflected. The spring arm 7 is from the in 1 for the upper spring slider 4b, in which the free end of the spring arm 7a protrudes outwards over the other, second longitudinal edge 6b, inwards into the in 2 shown, less projecting end position elastically deflectable. As long as the spring slider 4a, 4b not in the U-shaped slide rails 2a, 2b are used, in the starting position the distance a between the free spring arm end 7a and the first longitudinal edge 6a is greater than the groove width B of the guide groove 3. The base body 5 and the spring arm 7 are arranged in the same plane, the base body 5 has a recess 8 on its second longitudinal edge 6b, in which the free end of the spring arm 7a engages at least partially in the end position. The spring arm 7 also has a longitudinal edge 9 that protrudes beyond the mounting side 10 of the base body 5 . In the end position, the longitudinal edge 9 preferably runs parallel to the first longitudinal edge 6a.

Two pins 11 offset in the longitudinal direction are provided on the mounting side 10 of the base body 5, in particular molded on. Preferably, the pin spacings of the lower and the upper spring sliders 4a, 4b are different and the lower and the upper spring sliders 4a, 4b, except for these different pin spacings, are mirror-symmetrical to one another. The longitudinal edges 6a, 6b can run parallel or, as shown in the exemplary embodiment, also at a slight angle to one another. The distance b between the two longitudinal edges 6a, 6b of the base body 5 is at most half as large as the groove width B of the guide groove 3.

In the Figs. 3a-3e is the movement sequence of the flush-closing sliding door arrangement 12 with two sliding doors 13a, 13b that can be shut down in parallel when the in Figs. 3a-3e left sliding door 13a shown. The two sliding doors 13a, 13b are each guided longitudinally displaceably by means of two lower spring sliders 4a mounted on the underside in the guide groove 3 of the lower slide rail 2a and by means of two upper spring sliders 4b mounted on the upper side in the guide groove 3 of the upper slide rail 2b. The base body 5 is supported with its first longitudinal edge 6a on one groove flank 3a and the outwardly prestressed spring arm 7 with its free spring arm end 7a on the other groove flank 3b, so that the sliding door 13a, 13b is guided longitudinally along the slide rails 2a, 2b. The slide rails 2a, 2b are mounted, for example, on the floor and on the ceiling of a cabinet body, in particular grooved.

Figure 3a shows the two sliding doors 13a, 13b in their front-flush closed position, in which the two sliding doors 13a, 13b abut one another.

When the right side of the left sliding door 13a is pressed inwards (arrow direction), the spring arms 7 of the right spring sliders 4a, 4b of the left sliding door 13a are thereby deflected into their end positions—against their elastic restoring force. The right door side of the left sliding door 13a together with the right spring sliders 4a, 4b is moved transversely into a plane behind the right door leaf 13b and then laterally both behind the left door side of the right door leaf 13b and behind the left spring sliders 4a, 4b of the right sliding door 13b in opening direction, i.e. to the right, shifted ( Figure 3b ). As shown in the exemplary embodiment, the mutually facing base body end faces 14 of the spring sliders 4a, 4b pushed past one another of the two sliding doors 13a, 13b can run at an angle in order to bring about a combined transverse and longitudinal movement when pressure is applied at an angle to the right side of the left sliding door 13a.

When the left sliding door 13a is opened further, the right spring sliders 4a, 4b of the left sliding door 13a are pushed past the left spring sliders 4a, 4b of the right sliding door 11b. As a result, the spring arms 7 of the left-hand spring sliders 4a, 4b of the right-hand sliding door 13b are deflected by the first longitudinal edge 6a of the base body 5 of the left-hand sliding door 13a that has been pushed past—against their elastic restoring force—into their final position ( 3c ).

The left sliding door 13a is pushed further to the right and at the same time the left side of the left sliding door 13a is also pressed inwards (direction of the arrow) in order to also move the left side of the door together with its associated left spring slider 4a, 4b transversely into the plane behind the right sliding door 13b ( 3d ). Despite the basic body 5 being pushed past, the spring arms 7 of the left spring sliders 4a, 4b of the right sliding door 13b remain in their end position because the longitudinal edges 9 of the spring arms 7 bear against the left sliding door 13a.

Upon further opening of the now rear sliding door 13a, the spring arms 7 of the right-hand spring sliders 4a, 4b of the now front sliding door 13b are then also pushed away from the first longitudinal edge 6a of the basic body 5 of the rear sliding door that has been pushed past 13a - against their elastic restoring force - in each case deflected to their end position ( Figure 3e ). Now all spring arms 7 of the two sliding doors 13a, 13b are stretched, whereby on the one hand the front sliding door 13b continues to bear against the groove flank 3a and on the other hand the rear sliding door 3b bears parallel to the front sliding door 13b.
