Ein Druckereierzeugnis 1 nach den Fig. 1 und 7 weist einen Umschlagbogen 2 auf, der mittels eines zentralen Falzes 3 am linken Seitenrand in zwei gleichgroße Umschlagblätter unter teilt ist. Jedes Umschlagblatt kann in seiner Höhe und seiner Breite unterschiedlich dimensioniert sein und alle gängigen Formate aufweisen. Vorzugsweise weisen die Umschlagblätter jeweils eine Höhe von 10 cm und eine Breite von etwa 14 cm auf. In seinem in den Fig. 1 und 7 linken unteren Eckbereich ist der gefalzte Umschlagbogen 2 mit einem Umschlagteilbogen 4 versehen, der über den zentralen Falz 3 ebenfalls in zwei gleichgroße Umschlagblätter aufgeteilt ist, die bei der Dar stellung nach Fig. 1 übereinanderliegen. Der Umschlagteilbo gen 4 ist in dem Umschlagbogen 2 enthalten und durch Soll trennlinien in Form von Perforationslinien 5 von dem restli chen Umschlagbogen 2 abtrennbar. Die beiden Umschlagblätter des Umschlagteilbogens 4 umhüllen eine Falteinlage 7, die et wa Scheckkartenformat aufweist. Bei leporelloartiger Gestaltung der Falteinlage 7 kann diese an einer Innenseite oder an beiden Innenseiten der Umschlagblätter des Umschlagteilbogens 4 fi xiert sein. Zur Fixierung kann Klebstoff oder auch eine ande re Fixierungsart vorgesehen sein. Um zu verhindern, daß die Umschlagblätter des restlichen Umschlagbogens 2 sich ähnlich Fig. 7 durch die Auffaltkraft der Falteinlage 7 auffalten oder aufklappen, sind die Innenseiten der Umschlagblätter über einen Klebestreifen 6 oder anders gestaltete Klebe- oder Haftverbindungen miteinander fixiert. Diese Fixierung ermög licht eine Aufrechterhaltung einer schmalen, geschlossenen und kompakten Anordnung des Druckereierzeugnisses, die eine Einbindung in größere Druckereierzeugnisse oder eine Lagerung und einen Transport auch in Brief- oder Handtaschen oder für den Postversand ermöglichen. Nach dem Heraustrennen des Um schlagteilbogens 4c und dem Einschlagen des Umschlagteilbo gens 4c um den Falz 8 auf die Falteinlage 7c wird somit eine Scheckkartenformateinheit gebildet. Die kreisrunde Aussparung der Funktionsschnittanordnung 12 ist kleiner als der Durchmesser eines Hemdknopfes gestal tet, wobei die Aussparung durch den zusätzlichen Trennschlitz kurzzeitig aufweitbar ist. Der restliche Umschlagbogen 2e kann daher über einen Hemdknopf gezogen werden, so daß das Druckereierzeugnis 1e als Hemdanhänger dienen kann. Es ist auch möglich, noch Schutz hüllen für die Scheckkartenformateinheiten innerhalb der Um schlagbögen der Druckereierzeugnisse zu fixieren, die nach dem Abtrennen zum Einstecken der Scheckkartenformateinheiten dienen.
