Abstract
Description
The selection of small, specific particles from liquids (e.g. Microorganisms from plankton samples) are carried out using pipettes from flat dishes under microscopes or stereo magnifiers. To the objects in the pipettes z. B. To be able to transfer into vessels, the microscopic observation must be interrupted will.
The invention disclosed below relates to a pipetting device Collecting vessel.
The object of the invention is to enable the microscope operator to take up particles in a collecting vessel 11 without having to interrupt the microscopic observation. The closable collection vessels are by means of vessel coupling 9 z. B. by thread or snap fast and easy to change. The particles can also be placed directly in reagents (e.g. fixing solutions) that are located in a collecting vessel. Anaerobic microorganisms in a collecting vessel e.g. B. to convert into CO 2 gas is another application. Furthermore, chemical experiments can be carried out on a small scale and reactions can be observed in the collecting vessel (e.g. introduce liquid reagents to substances in the collecting vessel). This enables the invention to be used further as teaching aids or teaching toys.
The invention is also intended to be simple and cheap from glass or plastic be producible. An easy cleaning option (e.g. under running water) should enable reuse.
This object is achieved by a pipetting device with a collecting vessel, according to FIG. 1.
Die Zeichnung Fig. 1 zeigt die Erfindung im Teilquerschnitt im Maßstab 1 : 1. Die Zeichnung Fig. 2 zeigt einen Teilausschnitt des vorderen Teils mit eingesetzter konischer Kapillar-Wechselspitze 12.The drawing Fig. 1 shows the invention in partial cross-section on a scale of 1: 1. The drawing Fig. 2 shows a partial section of the front part with inserted conical capillary replaceable tip 12 .
They are produced by a tight connection 8 of an angled suction pipe 7 with a tapered pipe jacket 1 , the suction pipe 7 leading outwards through a lateral opening 4 . A pipe jacket end piece 2 is tightly connected to the end face of the pipe jacket 3 . A flattening of the tubular jacket forms the vascular coupling seat 5 , which enables tight mounting 5 of the vascular coupling with opening 9 . After the exchangeable collecting vessel 11 is attached together with the sealing ring 10 , a suction device 6 on the tubular jacket end piece 2 completes the pipetting device with the collecting vessel. The tight and permanent connections of the above parts should be made by melting the glass or plastic parts or using adhesives with resistant properties against temperature, water, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis as well as chemicals.
The handling of the invention in microscopy takes place by gripping the suction device 6 with the index finger and thumb while the collecting vessel 11 is directed downwards. The interchangeable container, which rests in the hand, ensures safe and precise handling. The angle of the tubular jacket 1 to the horizontal can be between 20 and 60 degrees. Squeezing the suction device 6 conveys the air out of the tubular jacket collecting vessel unit. Immersing the tip of the suction pipe in liquid and then releasing the suction device 6 causes a negative pressure and thus influence through the suction pipe 7 into the collecting vessel 11 . Short pump strokes of the suction device 6 enable the selective collection of particles from liquids. A conical interchangeable tip insert 12 refines the function.
