enthielt. Die Ausbeute der linearen Siloxane mit endständigen Chloratomen betrug 987 g (93,2% der Theorie).
Ein Gemisch von 120 ml (129 g, 1,0 Mol) Dimelhyldichlorsilan, 20,2 ml n-Undecan (gaschromatographischer
Standard), 308 ml (296 g, 1,0 Mol) Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxan
und 105 ml (82 g, 2MoI) Acetonitril wurde unter Rückfluß erhitzt (etwa 85:C)
und anschließend 7 ml (7,2 g, 0,04 MoI) Hexamelhylphosphoramid [((CH3J2N)3PO] als Katalysator zugesetzt.
Der Reaktionsverlauf wurde dadurch verfolgt, daß periodisch 1 ml als Probe entnommen wurde, die
mit 5 ml Bezol verdünnt und gaschromatographisch
geprüft wurde. Nach 210 Minuten war ein Umsatz von 47,3% zu linearen Siloxanen mit endständigen
Chloratomen erfolgt, wobei die Selektivität 95% an dem linearen 1,9-Dichlordecamethylpentasiloxan betrug.
Die Formel für das Selektivitätsverhältnis ist Molzahl von nicht umgesetztem Octamethyltetracyclosiloxan
+ Molzahl des erzeugten linearen 1,9-Dichlordecamethylpentasiloxan
geteilt durch Molzahl des als Ausgangsmaterial verwendeten Octamethyltetracyclosiloxans
multipliziert mit 100. Wenn das Gemisch über ein Wochenende bei etwa 230C aufbewahrt
wurde, stieg der Umsatz auf 61,1% an mit einer Selektivität für das lineare 1,9-Dichlordecat
methylpentasiloxan von 87%. Die als Nebenprodukanfallenden Siloxane mit endständigen Chloratomen
enthielten etwa 5,7%

Es wurde ein Gemisch von 1,0 ml (0,007 Mol) Dimethyldichlorsilan, 2,23 g (0,01 Mol) Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxan,
0,75 ml (0,014 Mol) Acetonitril und 0,1 ml (0,005 Mol) Hexamethylphosphoramid 1 Stunde
unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Durch Gaschromatographie wurde gefunden, daß die Ausbeute an linearem 1,7-Dichloroctamethyltetrasiloxan
über 95% lag.
Es wurde ein Gemisch von 0,5 g (0,0022 Mol) Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxan, 0,3 ml (0,0024 Mol) Dimethyldichlorsilan,
0,4 mi (0,0076MoI) Acetonitril, 3,0 ml (0,028 Mol) Toiuol und 1,1 g (0,002 Mol)
SiCI4[((CH3)2N)3PO]2-Komplex

V2 Stunde bei etwa 200C umgesetzt. Es wurde in einer
Ausbeute von 95% lineares 1,7-Dichloroctamethyitetrasiloxan
erhalten, wie sich aus der Gaschromatographie ergab.
Es wurde ein Gemisch von 148,3 g (0,5 MoI) Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxan,
97 g (0,75 Mol) Dimethyldichlorsilan, 4 g (0,014 MoI) Triphenylphosphinoxid
und 50 ml 1,2-Dimethoxyäthan auf 88°C erwärmt. Die Temperatur wurde über 7,25 Stunden auf 92° C
ansteigen gelassen. Es wurde bei 60°C/20 mm Hg abgestreift und filtriert, um den ausgefallenen Katalysator
zu entfernen. Es wurden 175,6 g lineare Siloxane mit endständigen Chloratomen erhalten, entsprechend
einem Umsatz von 42%. Durch Gaschromatographie wurde gefunden, daß die Hauptprodukte lineares
1,7-DichIoroctamethyltetrasiIoxan und lineares 1,9-Dichlordecamethylpentasiloxan
im Verhältnis 1:4 wa
ren.
Es wurde ein Gemisch aus 111,2 g (0,5 MoI) Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxan,
126,6 g (0,5 Mol) Diphenyldichlorsilan, 4 g (0,018 Mol) Tri-n-butylphosphinoxid
und 50 ml Acetonitril 17,5 Stunden auf 91 bis 93°C erwärmt. Durch Gaschromatographie wurde gefunden,
daß das Cyclotrisiloxan in Gegenwart einer Spur 1,3-Dichlortetramethylsiloxan der Formel:
verbraucht war und daß das Hauptprodukt im wesentlichen
aus dem linearen lJ-Dichlor-l.l-cliphenylhexamethyltetrasiloxan
der Formel:
Cl(CeH5)2SiO[Si(CH3)sO]2Si(CH3)2Cl
bestand.
Nach den vorstehenden Beispielen wurden andere lineare Siloxane mit endständigen Chloratomen hergestellt,
indem unter Rückfluß wenigstens 1 Mol eines Chlorsilans mit wenigstens 1 Mol eines Diorganocyclosiloxans
in Gegenwart einer katalytischem Menge Phosphinoxid und/oder Aminoxid als Katalysator
umgesetzt wurden. Die Ausgangsstoffe und Endprodukte sind in der folgenden Tabelle aufgeführt.

ml Tetrachlorsilan, 3,4 g Triphenylphosphinoxid und 200 ml Benzol wurde bei Raumtemperatur über
Nacht stehengelassen. Durch Gaschromatographie wurde gefunden, daß das Produkt zu etwa 95°/0 aus
i.l.U-Tetrachlorhexamethyltetrasiloxan der Formel
riSiO[Si(CH:i I2O]2Si(CH3)Xl
bestand. Das Produkt wurde anschließend 2 Stundet' auf etwa 90 C erhit/t. Hierbei wurde das- lineare
l.l.U-Tctrachlorhexamethyltetrasiloxan in das gewünschte
lineare 1,3,3,7-Tetraehlorhexamethyltetrasiloxan
übergeführt. Die Verbindung wurde durch Kurzwegdestillation isoliert. Die Struktur dieser Verbindung
wurde dadurch bestiinnil, daß eine anteilige Menge mit Na2SiI6 in die entsprechende Fluorverbindung
überführt und durch Kernresonanz sowohl die Chlorverbindung wie die Fluorverbindung gemessen
wurden.

Es wurde ein Gemisch aus 224,5 g Hexainelhylcyclotrisiloxan,
12OmI Tetrachlorsilan, 3,4 g Triphenylphosphinoxid und 200 ml Benzol 2 Stunden auf
etwa 90 erhitzt. Das lineare 1,3,3,7-Tetrachlorhcxamethyltetrasiloxan
wurde in einer Ausbeute von etwa 95°/0 erhalten. Das Produkt wurde durch Kernresonanzspektrographie
gemäß Beispiel 13 analysiert.
