Abstract

Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Installationsgerät ist bei spielsweise als Wippenschalter in Unterputzausführung ausgeführt und besteht aus einem Geräteeinsatz 1, einer mit diesem festverbundenen Trageplatte 2, einer Wippe 3, einem Abdeckrahmen 4, einem Halterahmen 5 und einem Be tätigungsorgan 6. Der Halterahmen 5 besteht erfindungsge mäß aus zwei Werkstoffkomponenten, wobei der als Flansch 7 ausgebildete Teil aus einem festen Werkstoff und der als Kragen 8 ausgebildete Teil aus einem weichelastischen Werk stoff besteht. Dieser weichelastische Dichtungskragen 8 ist zu seinem Rand hin abgewinkelt und als Dichtungslippe 9 ausgebildet. Aus dem Zusammenbau des Wippenschalters gemäß Fig. 2 ist ersichtlich, daß der Halterahmen 5 mit seinem festen Flansch 7 im Abdeckrahmen 4 aufliegt, während der am Flansch 7 aus weichelastischem Werkstoff bestehende Dichtungskragen 8 mit seiner abgewinkelten Dichtungslippe 9 in das Innere des Betätigungsorgans 6 ragt und dort mit sehr geringem Abstand reibungsfrei zur Innenwand des Be tätigungsorgans angeordnet ist. Durch diese Maßnahme ist die Dichtungslippe 9 des Dichtungskragens 8 als umlaufende Dichtung insofern wirksam, als daß einerseits durch den äußerst geringen Spalt zwischen Dichtungslippe 9 und Innen wand ein optimaler Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit, Wasser und sonstige Verunreinigungen gegeben ist und daß andererseits das Betätigungsorgan 6 störfrei hinsichtlich seiner Funktion ist. Fig. 3 zeigt den erfindungsgemäßen Halte rahmen 5 mit seinem festen Flansch 7 und angeformter Dichtung in der Draufsicht und einer Seitenansicht, wodurch insbesondere der Dichtungskragen 8 mit seiner Dichtungs lippe 9 veranschaulicht wird. Claims
