Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elongated spider machine with an elongated machine frame, several, intended to drive a large number of spinning positions, Spindle motors having spindle drive shafts, one A large number of draw frames each assigned to a spinning station works and one assigned to the drafting systems, in Extraction extending in the longitudinal direction of the machine frame duct, which is attached to an air extraction fan arrangement is closed.
Modern spinning machines have a considerable amount in operation Power requirement on. A large part of the supplied electri energy is converted into heat, especially frictional heat me implemented. This is not only due to the ver cause thermal expansion of individual machines share unwanted that along with thermal Drifting the electronics belonging to the spinning machine the Qua lity of the spun yarn, but also leads to a reduction in the lifespan of individuals Machine parts, in particular engines.
EP 0 478 993 describes a method for cooling An drive units with in particular a power electron a ring spinning or twisting machine known, wherein minde least a partial flow of exhaust air from the machine against one Heat exchanger of the power electronics led, in front of this accelerated, warmed at this and behind it over a Exhaust air opening from the machine is given to the outside. There is part of the machine, namely the power electronics tronics, cooled, which is particularly strong in operation heated, so that the heat generated abge particularly easily can be led.
Furthermore, EP 0 326 688 describes a method for removal of heat from a room containing ring spinning machines known in which the heat-emitting textile machine parts by means of a coolant in at least one closed a circuit and the warm coolant is cooled by an air stream led out of the room. This procedure is due to the need for one Coolant circuit to be provided, structurally complex. The heat to be given off by the coolant all machine parts are directed to a heat exchanger and dissipated from there by the air flow. The heat emission the air flow thus takes place on one as in EP 478 993 Place high heat density.
Modern spinning machines tend to be sectioned construction, so that especially star instead of a small number ker engines a variety of preferably identical Moto ren are provided. So z. B. the spindles a lot number of drive motors assigned, even for each Spindle a separate, weak motor can be provided can. This means that the heat generation is greater Volume distributed, which makes heat dissipation overall difficult.
It is an object of the present invention in a spinning machine of the type mentioned a structurally special simple, economically producible, yet efficient Provide heat dissipation.
This goal is achieved with the characteristics of the characteristic part achieved by claim 1.
The present invention thus uses the langge stretched spinning machine of the type mentioned at the outset anyway Air extraction fan arrangement provided for extraction in order at the same time cooling the over the length of the spinning machine to provide distributed spindle motors. The arrangement of the Spindle motors in the air duct in such a way that through the wall the spindle drive shafts do not allow only one advantageous guidance of the air flow in the air duct, but also prevents undesirable heating of the rest Parts of the spinning machine by the of the spindle motors given off heat by the wall a heat shield causes.
The arrangement of a dust filter before the cooling duct after Claim 2 prevents the operability of the Motors affected by deposited dust over time is pregnant.
Reduce the widening of the suction channel in front of the filter the flow rate of air through the filter and thus contributes to a more efficient dust collection. To same must because of the increased cross-sectional area Filters are changed less often.
The execution, according to which the air extraction fan assembly Located behind the filter also protects the air outlet Suction fan arrangement against gradual contamination.
The air extraction fan arrangement is advantageous arranged upstream of the cooling channel, so that by this air is pressed. It can be efficient Suction with sufficient vacuum in the suction channel can be achieved even when the cooling duct is not pressurized is built up densely. So it is possible without functional legs the seal on the spindle shaft bushing to dispense with the cooling channel wall or at least this to simplify considerably. Even if that means a small one Share of warmed air should not escape moderate heating of the spinning machine instead.
The air extraction fan assembly can be in the head or in the foot of the machine frame in the connection between the suction and the cooling duct. If desired, machine parts housed in the head or foot can also be cooled.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the Suction channel along the machine frame in a foot and a head-end part separated so that air from the foot side first part only in the foot of the machine frame is pulled and air from the other side upside through a second exhaust fan assembly in the head of the Machine frame is pulled. This allows two suction To provide fan assemblies that are practically complete can be operated independently.
In a further development of the preferred embodiment occurs only air from one of the two parts of the separated suction channel through the one used to cool the spindle motors Cooling channel. By choosing the appropriate separation point determines the size of the air flow used for cooling be that z. B. the load on both fan motors will be the same. At the same time, a common outlet for both air flows at one end of the machine frame be provided.
A radial fan is preferably arranged for the fan used.
In dieser zeigt: The invention is described below only by way of example described the drawing. In this shows:

Fig. 2 is a schematic front view of a ferred second embodiment of the invention.
According to Fig. 1 an elongate spinning machine 10 includes a machine frame 35 for receiving a number of spinning positions or spindles 12 a, 12 b, 12 c, 12 d, which yarn is supplied from a drafting unit 16 32. The spindles can be driven individually or, as shown, in groups of a plurality of spindle motors 14 a, 14 b, 14 c via respective spindle drive shafts 14 '.
Common to all spindles is an upper air suction channel 18 , through which a suction fan arrangement 20 arranged laterally in the head 26 of the machine frame 35 , which preferably contains a radial fan, preferably via a particularly in a funnel-shaped expansion 18 'of the suction channel 18 in the head 26 the machine frame 35 arranged dust filter 24 sucks air. For this purpose, 18 suction holes are distributed along the suction channel. The suction of the air at the spinning positions is otherwise conventional and will not be described further.
From the suction fan assembly 20 , the sucked-in and preferably dust-free air is pressed through an air deflection tube 34, which is also accommodated in the head 26 of the machine frame 35 , for entry 22 '' of a cooling channel 22 on the machine frame 35 . The cooling channel 22 is dimensioned to accommodate the spindle motors 14 such that the spindle drive shafts 14 'pass through the wall 22 ' of the cooling channel. A possibly to be provided torque transmission and / or distribution device from the spindle drive shafts to the spindles is preferably arranged outside the cooling channel.
If desired, an airtight seal of the spinning points can be provided. Electrical connecting lines (not shown) for driving and controlling the spindle motors 14 are also guided into the cooling channel 22 .
The cooling channel 22 leads to the base 26 'of the spinning machine, from where the air flow guided in the cooling channel 22 is discharged via an outlet line 28 approximately into the open.
In operation, the suction fan assembly 20 sucks air through the suction openings provided in the channel 18 , first of all from the spinning positions into the head 26 of the spinning machine 10 , where the air flow in the funnel-shaped widening 18 'widens and passes through the dust protection filter 24 at a reduced flow rate, which is arranged in front of the suction fan assembly 20 . The cleaned air flow is then pressed into the duct 22 by the suction fan arrangement through the connecting line 34 . In the channel 22 , the air heats up to the operating heat, the spindles 12 via the spindle drive shafts 14 'drive the spindle motors 14 while cooling them, then enters the foot 26 ' when heated and is passed from there via the outlet 28 away from the machine frame 35 .
To cool the spinning machine only a cost-effective air duct has to be provided, the wall of which is provided with simple holes without particularly expensive seals for the spindle drive shafts, while the provision of a separate fan arrangement for cooling is not necessary. In addition, with a corresponding dimensioning of the cooling duct, the flow resistance of the air therein is so low that the suction fan arrangement 20 already provided for suction is sufficiently strong or, if all, must be designed only slightly stronger.
Another preferred embodiment is shown in FIG. 2, wherein the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 are used for similar or identical parts.
According to FIG. 2, the elongate spinning machine 10 comprises re around a machine frame 35 for a suction duct 18, through which air at spinning stations 12 of the machine frame 35 is sucked through a filter assembly 24 of a suction fan assembly in the head 26 and processing by a Verbindungslei 34 in a Cooling channel 22 is pressed, through the wall 22 'spindle drive shafts 14 ' of spindle motors 14 occur.
Unlike in FIG. 1, however, a partition 36 is attached in the suction channel 18 , which separates the air channel 18 into a head-side section 18 a and a foot-side section 18 b. The air sucked through the air intake openings along the channel 18 on the head end 18 a is pressed as described by the suction fan assembly 20 through the air channel 22 . For suction of the foot section 18 b of the air duct 18 in the foot 26 'of the machine frame 35, a second suction fan assembly 20 is provided with a separate motor 30 , again preferably downstream of a dust filter 24 in a funnel-shaped expansion 18 ' of the air duct. From the base 26 'of the machine frame 35 attached suction fan assembly air flows to an outlet 28 where it combines with the air emerging from the cooling channel 22 and can be removed together with this.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, only the head side of the partition wall 36 in the head section 18 a of the suction duct 18 is used for cooling air from the spindle motors in the cooling duct 22 , while the section 18 b in the foot side of the partition wall 36 is sucked air from the foot 26 'is pressed out into the outlet 28 . The appropriate positioning of the partition 36 allows the air quantity required for cooling the spindle motors 14 to be determined largely independently of the total air volume sucked through the air duct 18 , so that the desired degree of cooling can be varied over a wide range. Alternatively, the partition 36 can also be positioned in the channel 18 in such a way that the suction and fan arrangements provided in the head 26 and in the foot 26 'have practically the same performance. Another advantage also arises if, as in known spinning machines, the power electronics are also to be cooled. In this case, the power electronics can be placed in the base 26 'of the machine frame 35 so that it is cooled by the air flow from the section 18 b without impairing the cooling of the spindle motors by this heating of the air flow.
Although several spindles are assigned to each spindle motor in the figures, according to the invention each spindle can be assigned its own motor. Furthermore, the connecting line 34 does not necessarily have to be placed in the head 26 of the machine frame 35 , but can also be arranged outside.
