Nach der vorgegebenen Zeit oder den gefahrenen Kilometern wird wieder die Sperrung des Fahrzeugs vorgenommen. Damit der Fahrer hiervon nicht überrascht wird, wird ihm dies rechtzeitig vor Ablauf des Zeitraums oder der erlaubten Wegstrecke mitgeteilt. Dies kann auf einem Fahrzeugdisplay 6 geschehen, auf dem auch andere Informationen (z. B.
