tentanspruchs 1The invention relates to a seat valve for controlling a
Pneumatic or hydraulic pressure according to the generic term of Pa
claim 1
festigt ist.DE 40 30 571 A1 has already closed a currentless one
Seat valve for controlling hydraulic pressure
became known, consisting of a magnetic armature, on which a
Valve closure member is attached with a spring that the
Valve closing element with a certain preload against egg
presses a valve seat that is fastened in the valve housing with
a magnetic core that is held in a thin-walled valve sleeve
ten and with a valve coil that be on the valve sleeve
is consolidated.
Ventilbauteile, was durch entsprechend eng tolerierte Auswahl
der Bauteile zu einer kostenintensiven Maßnahme führt. Ferner
The setting of the opening pressure by installing the two
between the magnet armature and the magnet core
requires compliance with tight manufacturing tolerances for both
the spring as well as for those corresponding to the spring
Valve components, which is due to a correspondingly closely tolerated selection
the components lead to a cost-intensive measure. Further
leads to electromagnetic excitation of the valve
Cross-offset of the valve closing member caused by the arrangement
one of the valve closing member radially encompassing guide body
is limited in the vicinity of the valve seat. This cross ver
set hampers the flawless, friction-minimized center
tion of the valve closing member opposite the valve seat.
It is therefore the object of the invention to be closed when de-energized
senes valve of the type described above to that effect
improve that the Ven
The valve closing element is as free of lateral force as possible from the valve
seat can be aligned.
This object is inventively for a seat valve of the gat
tion-forming nature through the characteristic features of Pa

description of an embodiment.
Fig. 1 abgebildeten Bauteile des Ventils liegt in jedem Falle
It shows the only Fig. 1 on an enlarged scale a normally closed seat valve for controlling a pneumatic or hydraulic pressure. The seat valve has a magnet armature 5 which is connected to a magnet armature tappet 6 . The magnet armature plunger 6 is under the action of a spring 1 which is supported on a cylindrical or sleeve-shaped stop 3 in the magnet core 2 . The magnetic core 2 is preferably fixed by means of caulking stationary in the valve sleeve 4 , while the stop 3 within a stepped bore 8 of the magnetic core 2 is axially movable within certain limits, as long as the stop 3 is not fixed under the action of an external force. In the assembled state of the components of the valve shown in FIG. 1, the stop 3 lies with its end facing away from the spring 1 against the dome-shaped inner region of the valve sleeve 4 in any case. The spring end facing away from the stop 3 is supported on a part, designed as a guide sleeve 7 , on the magnet armature plunger 6 , which protrudes into the stepped bore 8 of the magnet core 2 and is guided there. The stop 3 , the spring 1 and the guide sleeve 7 are thus arranged in the stepped bore 8 of the magnetic core 2 in a space-saving manner, the stepped bore 8 in the region of its bore being the plunger-shaped extension of the magnet armature 5 . The stop 3 is form and force fit between the valve sleeve 4 and the magnetic core 2 hold ge. In detail, the assembly steps explained below are provided for setting the stop 3 . These are in detail that the associated armature 5 Tei le, such as the magnet armature plunger 6 and the guide sleeve 7 with the spring 1 and the stop 3 in the stepped bore 8 of the Ma gnetkerns 2 inserted and inserted after installation in the valve sleeve 4 will. This is followed by a setting of a valve closing member 9 leading centering body 13 into the valve housing 10 after previous fastening of the guide body 14 arranged centrally to the valve seat 11 and a return spring 15 which is supported between the guide body 14 and the valve closing member 9 in the valve housing 10 , after which one Pressure-tight connection between the valve housing 10 and the valve sleeve 4 is made. In the present example, the valve sleeve 4 is fastened in the open end region (root region) by means of a caulking of the valve housing 10 . Furthermore, it can be seen from the drawing that the centering body 13 essentially has a disk contour. The thickness of the centering body 13 is dimensioned such that both the valve closing member 9 and the magnet armature tappet 6 end at their mutually facing shaft at any time within the rotationally symmetrical guide opening of the centering body 13 . An electromagnetic excitation of the valve leads at best to a very small transverse displacement of the magnet armature tappet 6 in accordance with the tightly tolerated play in the guide opening 16 . Since the con tact surfaces of the valve closing member 9 and the armature plunger 6 are essentially spherical and thus touch each other over a small area, there is only a very small lateral force transmission surface which has no significant influence on the transmission of a transverse movement to the valve closing member 9 . The restoring spring 15, which is supported between a collar 17 of the tappet-shaped Ven valve closure member 9 and the guide body 14 on the valve seat 11, is dimensioned such that the contact between the magnet armature tappet 6 and the valve closure member 9 is ensured and undesired mechanical vibrations of the valve actuation are avoided. The centering body 13 is pressed into the valve receiving bore of the valve housing 10, preferably in alignment with the valve seat 11 . It is delimited on its underside by a ring filter and on the top by the stiffening ring part on the valve sleeve 4 . For the unimpeded hydraulic or pneumatic pressure compensation of the cavities to both sides of the centering body 13 , this has a pressure compensation opening 18 . The magnet armature plunger 6 is mounted both in the Zen trier body 13 and at the opposite end section in the magnetic core 2 . Likewise, the valve closing member 9 is mounted in the centering body 13 and at its other end in the guide body 14 . The centering body 13 has an axial distance from the guide body 14 which is smaller than the length of the valve closing member 9 ge. It is advantageous for each of the two actuating parts described, a two-fold storage, although only the previously known two bearings (guide body 14 , bearing opening in the magnetic core 2 ) have been supplemented by a bearing (centering body 13 ).
After assembly of the above-described parts, for setting the stop 3 in the stepped bore 8, an external plastic dome acting on the valve dome acts on the stop 3 , the spring 1 , the guide sleeve 7 and the Ma gnetankerstößel 6 to shift the Ventilschlglie of 9 leads to its valve seat 11 in the valve housing 10 . This adjustment process can be monitored relatively easily by observing the change in volume flow rate at the valve closing element 9 , which is interrupted when the valve closing position is reached and is reflected in the form of a constant pressure in front of the valve at the level of the setting pressure of the spring 1 . The spring preload is therefore increased only by a deformation of the valve dome until the volume flow ends at the valve closing member 9 . The setting of the spring preload is particularly simple and ecologically sensible by introducing and observing a pneumatic test medium into the pressure medium inlet and outlet channel in the valve housing 10 , preferably by means of air. This is a surprisingly simple way by pushing the closed end of the valve sleeve 4 in the direction of the stop 3, a simple, precise adjustment of the spring 1 after assembly of the valve is possible, with the advantages of a reliability of greater manufacturing tolerances and better usability the power supply of the electromagnet. In order to guarantee an undesirable deformation of the valve dome under all circumstances at a correspondingly high working pressure of the valve, the invention provides that the magnetic core 2 after reaching the valve closing position in the area of the stop 3 by radial deformation of the valve sleeve 4 is deformed with such that an interference fit occurs between the stop 3 and the magnetic core 2 . For secure attachment of the Ma gnetkerns 2 in the valve sleeve 4 as well as for cheap transfer of the caulking force to the stop 3 , the magnetic core 2 at the level of the stop 3 is partially weakened in cross section, so that the thin-walled material of the valve sleeve when exercising a caulking force 4 can penetrate into the locally weakened areas of the magnetic core 2 .
