The tube holder 2 consists of a body, the outline of which is roughly a parallelepiped, which is approximately as wide as it is thick and approximately twice as long as it is wide. The pipe holder is made of relatively soft, resilient plastic such as polypropene and has a rectangular lüttelbereich 5 with a central hole 6 for a screw 7 for attaching the holder to the wall. From the center of this area 5, two internally threaded sleeve-like lugs 8 extend in opposite directions for receiving a screw 9 which is used to fasten the joint cover plate k to the holder.
