Im erstgenannten Fall weist der Abrechnungsmodus den Nachteil auf, daß die Vergütung möglicherweise nicht leistungsgerecht ist, weil die an sich zu erbringende Reinigungstätigkeit tatsächlich nicht oder jedenfalls nicht in dem vereinbarten Umfang erbracht wurde. Im letztgenannten Fall stellt sich ebenfalls das Problem, daß zwar eine vermeintlich exakte Abrechnung nach aufgewendeter Zeit erfolgt, daß jedoch in der abgerechneten Zeit häufig nicht die der Abrechnung an sich zugrundegelegte Arbeit erledigt wird.
