Abstract
Description
Eine Fassade bzw. ein Dach mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 ist aus der EP 0 162 227 B1 bekannt. Dort weisen die sich kreuzenden Metallprofile, die die Träger der Dichtleisten sind, Schraubnuten auf, in denen sich über die gesamte Dicke der Isolierverglasung erstreckende Verbindungselemente aus Kunststoff befestigt sind. Durch diese hindurch werden dann mittels Befesti gungsschrauben die Abdeckungen in den Schraubnuten befestigt. Wie z. B. in den Fig. 3 und 4 des EP-Patents gezeigt, sind die Profilausbildungen am oberen Ende der Metallprofile für die beiden sich kreuzenden Profile unterschiedlich gestaltet. Wie aus Fig. 2 der genannten Schrift zu entnehmen ist, müssen alle quer laufenden Profile 28 (Pfetten) an den Zusammenstoßpunkten ausgeklinkt werden, um zu gewährleisten, daß auftreten des Schwitzwasser und Leckwasser in die Aufnahmerinne der Hauptprofile 16 (Sparren) geführt wird.A facade or a roof with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from EP 0 162 227 B1. Auch die Profilausbildung im Bereich der Kunststoffprofile kann gleich sein. Diese sind jedoch sehr viel leichter herstellbar, so daß sich eine Verbilligung und auch eine einfachere Lagerhaltung ergibt. In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein Sparren eines Glasdachs bezeichnet. Er besteht aus einem Metallprofil 1a, das am oberen Ende 1b eine derartige Ausgestaltung hat, daß es ein Kunststoffprofil 1c aufnehmen kann. Das Kunststoffprofil 1c geht in ein Verbindungsteil 2 über, mit dem ein Deckprofil 3 durch in eine Schraubnut 4 eingeschraubte Schrauben verbunden ist. An den seitlichen Kunststoffprofilteilen sind Dichtleisten 5 befestigt, auf denen Doppelglasscheiben 6 aufliegen. An dem Deckprofil 3 vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff oder Aluminium sind weitere Dichtleisten 7 befestigt, die auf der Glasscheibe 6 aufliegen. Mittels der Schrauben, die in die Schraubnut 4 eingeschraubt sind, werden das Deckprofil 3 und die Dichtleisten 7 auf die Scheibe 5 gedrückt und hierdurch eine Abdichtung erreicht. Eine aufgeklippste Abschlußleiste 8 aus Kunststoff vervollständigt die Verbindung. Bei diesem Aufbau gibt es im Gegensatz zum "Stand der Technik" keine Metallbrücken (Kältebrücken) mehr.In Fig. 1, 1 is a rafters of a glass roof. Auch das Metallprofil 11a trägt ein Kunststoffprofil 11c, das in ein Verbindungsteil 12 übergeht. Man erkennt, daß die Kunststoffprofile 1c und 11c bzw. ihre Verbindungsteile 2 und 12 identisch gestaltet sind. Das Kunststoffprofil 11c trägt gummielastische Dichtleisten 15, die gegenüber den Dichtleisten 5 der Fig. 1 dünner sind. Hierauf liegen die Scheiben 16 auf. Im Gegensatz zur Fig. 1 dient in Fig. 2 zur oberen Abdichtung eine Dichtleiste 17 aus Kunststoff oder Aluminium, die in einer Rille des Verbindungsteils 12 verankert vorzugsweise eingeklebt ist (Kleber 18). Sie schließt eine Dichtmasse 18 ein. Man erkennt, daß die Aufbauhöhe zwischen dem oberen Ende des Metallprofils bis zur Dichtleiste 17 geringer ist als die entsprechende Aufbauhöhe der Fig. 1. Dies ist notwendig, weil an den Kreuzungspunkten das Deckprofil 3 mit den Dichtleisten 7 die Dichtleiste 17 teilweise überdeckt.
