Das Aufbringen der Windschutzscheibenabdeckung an einem Pkw geschieht wie folgt: In Fig. 1 ist eine sachgemäße ineinander gelegte Scheibenabdeckung 1 mit den Scheibenabdeckteilen 11 und 12 zu sehen; diese werden durch Auseinander-Halten der beiden Griffhakenleisten 14 auf die Windschutzscheibe G gelegt. Des weiteren müssen die Tauwassersammelrinne 3 und die Griffhakenleiste 14 auf der Windschutzscheibe G aufliegen. Das Folienbandklettverschlußteil 7 wird unter der Griffhakenleiste 14 entnommen. Das Scheibenabdeckteil 11 legt man zur Türseule C und die Griffhakenleiste 14 wird dann überdeckt. Diese Wind schutzscheibenabdeckung besteht aus einem Teil und ist durch die kompakte Herstellungsweise handlich im Gebrauch am Pkw.
