Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for cleaning the Spinning pot of a magnetically mounted pot spinning machine, in which the spinning pot in magnetic bearings with the help of a position control in a working position is held.
Die Meßergebnisse der Sensoren werden auf eine den Magnetlagern zugeordnete Lageregelung geschaltet, mit deren Hilfe die Lage des Spinntopfs bei wechselnden Lagerkräften zu stabilisieren ist.DE 42 08 039 A1 describes a magnetic bearing Pot spinning machine or spinning centrifuge described, the hollow cylindrical (ie above and below)) spin pot due to magnetic forces in the It is to be kept in balance as it is at both ends is accommodated in a magnetic bearing. The well-known Magnetic bearings are radial and axial Bearing forces trained. There are also sensors for detection a displacement of the spinning pot provided. The Measurement results of the sensors are on the magnetic bearings assigned position control switched, with the help of the position stabilize the spinning pot with changing bearing forces is.
In pot spinning machines, the yarn material during the Spinning process on the inner wall of the also as a centrifuge designated spinning pot in the form of a so-called yarn cake filed. After the actual spinning process is finished the yarn cake from the inner wall of the pot onto a winding tube wrapped or in an inverted second spinning stage pulled out of the spin pot again. In both cases Debris, such as Fiber dust and leftover yarn, remain in the spinning pot. This must therefore be cleaned. By centrifugal force with the spinning pot rotating on the inside wall Parts of dirt fall off at the end of the rotation even by gravity from the spin pot open at the bottom out. Some thread remnants, especially with polyester threads, or entire remnants of yarn, but follow that Gravity does not by itself. The cleaning process must then by blowing or suction air, by special cleaning brushes or the like are supported. Appropriate Cleaning agents are in the DD 2 93 845 A5, in the EP 0 017 629 A1 and described in JP-OS 162 024/87. The known cleaning agents require an additional Investment costs and additional operating costs.
The invention is based, for one magnetically mounted pot spinning machine of the type mentioned Cleaning process to create that without additional Investment effort and practically without additional Needs energy. The solution according to the invention exists for the method mentioned in the fact that by appropriate programming of the magnetic bearings assigned position control on the spinning pot specifically one Shaking motion is exercised.
Since the method according to the invention is only one appropriate programming of the existing one Position control of the magnetic bearing requires this Implement processes without much additional effort. To the The machine does not need cleaning according to the invention to be stopped. A particular advantage of the invention namely, is that cleaning is not just about stationary, but also at a reduced speed revolving spin pot is to be executed.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the spin pot cleaning according to the invention thereby supported be that the rotating with reduced speed or upright spinning pot is easily driven against a stop. Parts of the existing magnetic bearing can be used as a stop be used.
The invention thus proposes an atypical use existing position control, because the shaking or even Hitting the spin pot contradicts the original intended purpose of a position control. During one Position control itself is designed for the spin pot Let it rotate smoothly, smoothly and smoothly the invention this calm, that is, deliberately disturbed will.
Es zeigt:Referring to the schematic representation in the with lying drawing details of the invention explained. It shows:
Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen magnetgelagerten Spinntopf, Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a magnetically levitated spinning pot,
Fig. 2 ein Weg-Zeit-Diagramm einer erfindungsgemäßen Rüttelbewegung. Fig. 2 is a path-time diagram of a shaking movement according to the invention.
The spin pot 1 of FIG. 1 is guided at its two ends, namely in the region of its upper edge 2 and the region of its lower edge 3, respectively in a magnetic bearing 4 and 5 respectively. The magnetic bearings 4 and 5 are each arranged concentrically around the upper edge 2 and the lower edge 3 of the spin pot 1 in the exemplary embodiment. They preferably consist of iron cores 6 , 7 , which are filled with symbolically represented coils 8 , 9 . Magnetic bearings designed in this way generate a magnetic field to be set in a controlled manner for the mounting of the spin pot 1 . Because of the details of such a magnetic bearing, reference is made to the already mentioned DE 42 08 039 A1.
A position control 10 , which is connected to a power supply 11 , is assigned to the coils 6 , 7 via corresponding connecting lines 12 . According to the invention, the position control 10 is programmed so that the spinning pot rotating at a reduced speed or decelerated to a standstill can be shaken out in a defined manner if necessary, that is to say the spinning pot 1 is subjected to a targeted shaking movement 13 . During this shaking movement 13 , the stationary or rotating spinning pot can be moved against a stop 14 , for example against the edges of the magnetic bearings 4 , 5 which project beyond the edges 2 and 3 in the drawing. The corresponding path / time diagram (S / T) of the shaking movement of the spinning pot 1 is shown in FIG. 2.
After the end of the respective spinning process, debris or thread residues remaining in the spinning pot that would not fall out of the pot by gravity due to their adhesion to the inner wall of the spinning pot 1 are to some extent shaken out by the shaking movement. As already mentioned above, this cleaning can take place both when the spin pot 1 is stationary and when it is rotating slowly. The rotation therefore does not have to be switched off completely for the cleaning process. The method according to the invention can be carried out solely with the aid of the already programmed, appropriately programmed position control 10 .
The method according to the invention for cleaning the spin pot a pot bearing machine with magnetic bearings can therefore be used without additional investment and operating expenses execute when the position control of the magnetic bearing of the Spin pot is programmed so that the spin pot with the help the position control specifically shaken or defined against a stop.
