Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a spacer according to the preamble of Claim 1, a pane arrangement using this and a window arrangement, as explained in particular in DE 195 00 881 and usable in the invention is.
In insulating glazing, two panes are conventionally kept at a distance from one another in such a way that there is a closed space between them. As shown in FIG. 4, a spacer 3 is conventionally used between two disks 1 , 2 of a disk arrangement. This spacer usually consists of a thin metal or plastic profile. In order to seal the space between the panes 1 , 2 in a gastight manner, a sealing material 4 is also filled in on the outer edge of the spacer 3 . This conventional arrangement is suitable for windows in which the pane arrangement is framed with a frame. Problems arise, however, when a window arrangement is to be used, as disclosed in the earlier application according to DE 195 00 881. This application discloses a window arrangement with a window frame that can be anchored on the building side, a pane arrangement, fittings and at least one seal, the pane arrangement being articulated directly on the window frame without a frame-like border by means of the fittings. Furthermore, the at least one seal is provided all around, on which the pane arrangement comes into contact with the window frame when the window arrangement is closed, so that the pane arrangement closes tightly with the window frame when the window arrangement is closed.
If the spacer known from FIG. 4 is now used, it is very complex to carry out the fittings for articulating the pane arrangement on the window frame in a suitable manner, in particular to fasten them.
The present invention therefore has for its object a spacer, in particular for double glazing, which is particularly suitable for use in frameless windows.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1, the Sub-claims further develop the inventive idea in an advantageous manner.
According to the invention, a spacer is therefore provided, which is between two disks to close the gap between the two panes on the edge can be used. The spacer is a gap with a profile facing end face and with two mutually parallel side faces to the respective Attachment to the discs formed. The profile has one, at least in sections outside groove for receiving a known fitting.
The fitting can be secured by a screw connection by at least one of the two panes.
The screw connection can be provided so that it is inserted into the groove Fitting secures this against displacement relative to the spacer.
The spacer can be a means for receiving between the two disks existing moisture, provided the space is gas-filled, as in Double glazing.
The invention further relates to a pane arrangement with two panes, with a spacer as above above between the two discs described is used.
The spacer can be glued between the two disks.
At least one of the panes can be a single glass pane, one Insulating glazing, a multi-pane glazing or a composite glazing exist.
At least one of the panes can consist of laminated glazing, whereby at least the inner component of the composite made of a plastic material consists.
The space between the two panes can also be with a Plastic material must be completely filled.
A composite film can be between the plastic material and the associated pane be provided.
The invention further relates to a window arrangement with a Window frames and fittings that can be anchored on the building side, in particular according to DE 19 500 881, the window arrangement being a pane arrangement of that described above Has type and the disc assembly without a frame-like border immediately is articulated by means of the fittings. However, the invention is also for one Door arrangement can be used.
Es zeigenThe invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings Exemplary embodiments explained. Show it

Fig. 4 einen herkömmlichen Abstandshalter. Fig. 4 shows a conventional spacer.
Fig. 1 shows a disc arrangement with two discs 1 , 2 , which are held by a spacer 8 at a certain distance from each other. The spacer 8 consists of a profile 5 which, at least in sections, has an outside groove 7 as seen over the circumference of the pane arrangement. This groove 7 serves to receive a conventional fitting 6 for articulation on a window frame. The spacer 8 lies with two mutually parallel side surfaces in contact with the disks 1 , 2 . The spacer 8 can be glued to the disks 1 , 2 on its mutually parallel side surfaces. Furthermore, the fitting 6 (or the spacer 8 alone) can be secured by a screw connection 10 which passes through at least one of the two disks 1 , 2 . It has advantages if the screw connection 10 is designed in such a way that it simultaneously secures the fitting 6 against displacement relative to the spacer 8 .
If the space between the two panes 1 , 2 located within the spacer is gas-filled, as in the case of insulating glazing, it is advantageous if the spacer 8 also has a means 11 for absorbing moisture present between the two panes 1 , 2 in order to to prevent fogging of the inside of the two panes 1 , 2 .
Fig. 2 shows another example of the use of a spacer 8 of the invention in a double glazing. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the spacer 8 is provided between two disks 1 , 2 , at least one of the two disks 1 , 2 being coated on the inside with a transparent plastic 11 . The plastic 11 is thus not exposed to mechanical damage or weather influences and is protected from outside the composite by the glass layer. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the screw connection 10 only secures the spacer 8 without simultaneously securing the fitting 6 .
In Fig. 3 shows another embodiment for the use of a spacer 8 according to the invention is shown in a disc assembly. In this case, the spacer 8 is provided between two disks 1 , 2 , the space between the disks 1 , 2 that extends securely on the inside of the spacer 8 being completely filled with a particularly transparent plastic 12 . This results in composite single glazing.
The exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 enable a reduction in the weight of the pane arrangement and, at the same time, an increase in the thermal insulation values by using the plastic material 11 or 12 . A composite film 13 can advantageously be provided between the plastic material 11 or 12 and the outer glass material of the composite panes 1 , 2 . The panes can thus be designed as so-called VSG panes.
Fensteranordnung erreicht. The spacers and pane arrangements shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are particularly suitable for a frameless window arrangement, as is disclosed, for example, in DE 19 500 881. The direct mounting of a conventional fitting 6 - also a turn / tilt fitting - in the spacer 8 or its groove 7 results in a particularly simple articulation of the pane arrangement on a building-side window frame. The frameless window arrangement can thus be connected to the building-side window frame by means of a commercially available fitting and, at the same time, various articulation functions, for example turning or tilting, can be achieved in a simple manner without great structural expenditure. At the same time, a low weight and a high thermal insulation performance of the pane or window arrangement are achieved.
