Description
Es werden in der Welt seit langen verschiedene Transportsysteme bekannt. Die populärsten Transporteinheiten sind die in ganzem Europa benutzte Europalette und die Gitterboxpalette. Es sind Mehrwegverpackungen, die für Gütertransporte mit der Bahn entwickelt wurden. Sie sind auch nach einem, normalisierten Maß gebaut. Unzählige Betriebe haben jedoch eigene Verpackungen entwickelt. Teil davon, für ungewöhnliche oder besondere Produkte, ist als Mehrwegverpackungungen erscheint, meistens sind es aber Einweglösungen. Man trifft hier: verschiedene Größen von Paletten, Holzverschläge, Beutel, Säcke, Bünde oder alleine nur Pappkartons - je nach Sortimenten und Mengen den zu transportierenden Güter. Erläuterung:
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Container, der aus einer Grundpalette (1), Seitenteilen
(2), Frontteilen (4), einem Frontteil mit eingebautem Lieferscheinkasten (3)
und einer Abdeckung (5) besteht. Alle Einzelteile werden
in Fig. 2-8 dargestellt.
Folgende Schnitte (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n) sollen eine Vorstellung
der Konstruktion annähern.
Unterlege des Systems ist die Grundpalette (1), die entweder als eine Palette
selbständig zum Stapeln von Güter oder als einen Unterboden zu einem
Container verwendet werden kann.
Um einen Container aufzubauen nimmt man je nach benötigtem Stauraum
eine Grundpalette (1). Zuerst werden die Seitenteile (2) montiert, dann
die Frontteile (3) oder (4), es werden einfach die Steckbolzen (9) in die
Aufnahmebohrungen (7) eingesteckt, die Schließe (6) werden zugemacht.
Die Aufnahmebohrungen befinden sich immer oben auf jeder Grundpalette
und jedem Seiten- und Frontteil. Die Steckbolzen befinden sich immer
unten jedem Seiten- und Frontteil. Die unterschiedliche Plazierung den
