Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hagnetkopf zur Aufzeichnung von
SiJnalcn auf bandförmige Aufzeichnunestrager und/oder zu deren
U crdsdet mit einem Kernsystem aus ferromagnetischem
Material keramischer Natur (Ferrit) oder lamelliertem Material,
dessen Polenden durch eine Polplatte aus nicht magnetisier-
barem material bündig abschließend rasen.
Es sind Lagnetköpfe bekannt, bei denen die ölenden aus Ferrit
durcheine Aussparung einer aus Hessin bestehenden Polplatte
ragen, so daß ihr rolspießel mit der Frontfläohe der Polplatte
bündig abschließt. Da sich durch den ljwbrieb dee bandfb=igen
Aufzeichnungsträgere die Polplatte schneller abnützt als die
härteren Perritpolndent wird der Kopf-Band-Kontakt immer un-
glaichmäßiæer. Ungleichmäßig ist der Kopf-Band-Kontakt auch
beinagnetkpfent bei denen in die Lauffläche des aßnetbandes
as nanetkopf Achatsteine und dergleichen eingelagert sind.

ölenden. Auch ist eine Anordnung bekannte bei der die Polen-
denaus Blechen unterschiedlicher Hrte geschichtet sindt was
jedoch ebenfalls einen verschlechterten Kopf-Band-Kontakt nach
geringer Betriebsdauer zur Felge hat.
Die Erfindung, die einen agnetkopf dar eingangs näher bezeich-
noten Gattung betrifft, ibt einen für die uasscnfortigung ut
w
seeis-etcn md besonders billig herstellbaren agnetkopf an<
der sie cyfinduRßses dsRuch ansseishnet daG die ölenden
durcheine Polplatte aus dicht gebrannter Isalierkeranaik
rasen, deren endiltige äußere Geetaltung nebst Aussparun-
genfür das bzw. die einzusetzenden Uagnetkernsyateme nach
einemPreßvorgang zumindest 1m wesentlichen duroh rennen
herstellbarist. Die billige Herstellung dieses Magnet-
kopfes wird dadurch ermöglicht. daß anstelle der bisher
gen komplizierten lierstellunle der metallischen Polplatten
(Stanzen, biegens Schleifen) deren endSItige a. u8ere Ge-
staltung nebst den Aussparungen tür das bzw. die einzu-
setzenden Uaznetkernsysteme durch einen FreSvorgang und an-
schließendes Brennen derart erfolgtt da3 eine dicht gebrann-
te, glasartige Oberfläche entsteht, die den weiteren Vor-
teil der Abriebfestigkeit und damit unbegrenzten Haltbar-
keit des na-gnetkopfes bietet*. Sntaprechend der Erfindung
lassensich somit llaßnatköpfe mit einer einheitlichen gros-
sen Härte über die gesamte Kontaktfläche (Polenden und Pol-
platte) lierstellenx die sich insbesondere auch fUr i ; iaznet-
tongerüte mit extrem hohem Flchendruek des agnettonbandes
oder-tonfilms auf die frontfläche des gnetkepfes, far
Inpuleapeichergerätemit teils sehr steifem. kartonart1gen
ufseiehnungstragermaterial und Bildaufzeichnungsgeräte mit
extrem hohen Bandgeschwindigkeiten (z. 3 Bandgeschwindigkeiten
bis etwa zum Tausendfachen der bei HagneSSEdgeraten übli-
chen) eignet.
Im folgenden wird anhand der Pisuren 1 ein Ausführunge-

beispiel der Erfindung nebst einigen abwandlungen beschrie-
ben. Von diesen Figuren zeigen die Figuren 1- ; erfindungs-
gemaß hergestellte agnetk8pfe, die iur 4 ein üagnetkern-
systemaus Ferrit, die Figur 5 einen abgeschirmten ehrspur
magnetkopf und die Figur 6 eine zweigeteilte Polplatte ent-
sprechend der Erfindung.
2Ur die Serstell=g
Für die Herstellung der Polplatte 1 wird beispielsweise der
bekannte Isolierstoff Steatit, eine iIagneaium-Silikat-'Kera-
mik, verwendet. Geeignet sind ferner Keramiken auf Rutil-
Basis und andere. Die Polplatte 1 kann-wie aus den Figuren
1-3 bzw. 6 eraichtlich-unjetellt oder geteilt hergestellt
sein. Zur Herstellung der Polplatte 1 kommen alle bei Keramik üblichen
Verfahren in Frage. Der Rohstoff - bei Steatit ist es eckstein oder Talk-Wird in
Pulverform unter hohem Druck zusammengepreßt und ermöglicht in diesem Zustand gegebenenfalls
die sogenannte Weißbearbeitung, bei der die Preßkörper wie metall bearbeitbar sind
(z.B. Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen). Nach dem Preßvorgang werden die Polplatten 1 bei
hoher Temperatur dicht gebrannte bzw. gesintert, wodurch sie eine glasartige, harte
Struktur erhalten. Die Polplatte und entsprechend auch die Oberflächenschicht hat
dann eine Mohshärte von 7-8.

bandförmige Aufzeichnungsträer 5 gegen die giebelförmig
folplatte 1 mit einem Jinkel 6 anliegt, der etwas größer ist,
Z. ß. 1300, als der Siebelwinkel 7 (z. B. von 1200) der Polplat-
te 1, wird die Kopf-Band-Kontaktfläche durdidie in der ijie-
belkante 13 endende Arbeitsspaltfolie 8 und den arbeitsspalt-
neben Bereich 14 der Polenden 4 und der Polplatte 1 gebildet.
In der Figur 5 ist ein fertiggestellter ehrspur-agnetkopt
gozeigt, der beispielsweise für die Aufzeichnung mehrerer Tonspuren für Stereozwecke
geeignet ist. Zur Verwendung kann eine einheitliche (Fig. 1...3) oder zweigeteilte
