Der Gegenstand des Patents 179492 bezieht sich auf eine Flaschentauch- und Einweichvorrichtung, bei welcher die Flaschenköfbe durch die Anbringung einer Kurve beim Ein- und Austauchen in die Spülflüssigkeit behufs langsamen Füllens und teilweiser Wiederentleerung der Flaschen in eine schräge Lage gebracht werden. Nun kommt es aber häufig vor, daß unter den Flaschen sich einige befinden, welche von Konsumenten mißbräuchlich zu anderen Zwecken benutzt werden und welche dann nicht nur zunächst eines schärfer wirkenden Reinigungsmittels bedürfen, sondern auch leicht die ganze Eintauchflüssigkeit verunreinigen. Um dieses zu verhindern, hat man den Eintauchbehälter in verschiedene Abteile eingeteilt, welche die Flaschen nacheinander durchwandern. Da diese aber in jedem Abteil, bevor sie in ein anderes übergehen, zur vollständigen Entleerung auch vollständig umgekehrt werden müssen, hat man bei den bisherigen Einrichtungen besondere Haltevorrichtungen'verwendet, in welche die Flaschen einzeln oder zu Gruppen eingestellt werden. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun, diese bedeutende Mehrarbeit zu vermeiden, indem sie, wie auch bei dem Hauptpatent, die Flaschen in den Flaschenkörben, in denen sie zum Versand kommen, ohne Umladen zu behandeln ermöglicht.The subject matter of patent 179492 relates to a bottle dipping and soaking device, in which the bottle cages by adding a curve when entering and immersion in the flushing liquid for slow filling and partial re-emptying the bottles are placed in an inclined position. Die endlose Kette c, an welcher die Flaschenkörbe d hängen, ist über eine Leitrolle k geführt. Während bei dem Hauptpatent nur an jedem Ende des Behälters e eine Kurvenführung α angebracht ist, ist jetzt auch je eine solche neben der Leitrolle k angebracht. Diese Kurve α ist aber so geformt, daß sie die Flaschenkörbe bis in die wagerechte Lage der Flaschen kippt. In dieser Lage gelangen die Flaschen je eines Korbes mit ihren Köpfen gegen eine der Platten h und werden dadurch in dem Flaschenkorb festgehalten. Die betreffende Platte h macht nun die Drehung in der Pfeilrichtung mit; die Flaschen laufen jetzt sämtlich vollständig leer, wobei das betreffende Abweisblech i das Zurücklaufen des Flascheninhalts in das erste Abteil des Be-The innovation is shown on the drawing.
