Druckkoohtöpfe nach des Papin'schen Prinnip baben im allgemeinen
nicht die Verbreitung gefunden, die sie infolge der erhöhten
Temperatur
der damit verbundenen kurzen Koohdauer und Abschlus gegen den
Luft-
sauerstoff verdienen sollten. Das liegt daran, daö diese Töpfe
viel
schwerer sind als andere, daö sie verhältnismäßig schwierig
zu hand-
habensind und daß sie im allgemeinen nur auf Kochherden verwendet
werden.
Heute, da auch von den Haushaltgeräten einfache Handhabung,
leichtes
Gewicht und eine gewisse Autom@tik, sowie naturlich absolute
Sicherheit
verlangt werden, würden solche Druckkochtöpfe eine weite Verbreitung
finden, wenn sie elektrisch geheizt und mit vorgenannten Eigenschaften
versehen, hergestellt werden können.
ionachstehend beschriebene @rfindung zeigt einen solchen Topf,
der noch einige besondere @igensohaften hat, die ihn in die
