  • Fußbodenbelag aus beflecktem Text ! l- oder Kunststoffmaterial
    Das Gebrauchsmuster bezieht sich auf einen Fußbodenbelag aus beflocktem Textil-oder Kunststoffmaterial.
  • Es ist seit einiger Zeit bekannt, velour-bzw. boucléartige Fußbodenbeläge in der Form zu verwenden, daß man Unterlagen aus Geweben, Filz, Vlies, Kunststoffolien oder ähnlichen Bahnen oberflächlich glättet und nach Auftragen von geeigneten Klebern mit Fasern verschiedener Stärke, Länge und Provenienz im elektrostatischen Feld beflockt und dadurch einen textilen, velourähnlichen Charakter erzielt. Diese beflockten Fußbodenbeläge haben den großen Vorteil, daß sie gegenüber gewebten Belägen an den Kanten absolut schnittfest sind und nicht zum Ausfransen oder Fusseln neigen.
  • Das Gebrauchsmuster macht sich diesen Umstand zunutze.
  • Die Verbesserung des Gebrauchsmusters besteht darin, daß der Belag fliesen-oder mosaikartig aufgeteilt und verlegt ist, wobei die einzelnen Fliesen oder Mosaiken unterschiedliche Farbtönungen aufweisen können. Die Beläge erhalten durch Schneiden, Stanzen oder auf andere Weise Plattenform. Sie können quadratisch sein oder eine andere gedrungene Flächenform erhalten ; sie können ferner so ausgebildet sein, daß sie sich mosaikartig zusammenstellen lassen. Die Platten lassen sich auf den üblichen Unterböden in gleicher Form verlegen, wie dies bei Kunststoff-oder anderen Fliesen geschieht, einfach durch Einstreichen der Unterlage mit geeigneten Klebstoffen und Verlegen der Fliesen. Hierbei sind na- ; tUrlich durch Verwendung verschiedenfarbiger Platten bunte Musterungen erzielbar.

  1. Neue Schutzansprüche 1. Fußbodenbelagsplatte aus beflocktem Textil-oder Kunststoffmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte fliesen-oder mosaikartig aufgeteilt und verlegt ist.
    2, Fußbodenbelagsplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Fliesen oder Mosaiken der Platte unterschiedliche Farbbeimengungen aufweisen.
