Dieser Reinigungsvorgang ist außerordentlich zeitraubend und, da er in einem an sich üblichen unverschlossenen Gefäß vorgenommen wird, mit dem Nachteil verbunden, daß die Reinigungsflüssigkeit verspritzt wird. In den meisten Fällen wird nach dem Reinigen des Pinsels die Reinigungsflüssigkeit weggeschüttet.
