Allgemeines :
Durch die Unmaßgenauigkeit der vorhandenen Ziegelsteine ist
es dem Maurer als Hersteller der Fenster und Türöffnungen
sehr schlecht möglich, in den Baukorper (Wohnhaus oder dergl.)
dieÖffnungsmaße genau in Höhe und Breite der Fenstermaße bzw.
der Türöffnungen einzuhalten. Dieses hat wiederum zur Folge,
dass der Lieferant der Fenster und Aussentüren sich nach den
unterschiedlichen Maßen bei der Herstellung richten muss. Dadurch entstehen bei
der Durchführung des Baues erhebliche Unstimmigkeiten und somit 1 eine ungewollte
Bauzeitverlängerung sowie Mehrkostenaufwand. Bei allen Gebäuden wird nach Fertigstellung
des Rohbaues die gesamte Wand bzw. Deckenfläche in der normalen Bauausführung mit
einem Kalkmörtel verputzt. Das heißt also. die besagten Fenster wie Aussentüren
müssen vor dem Verputzen der Fenster-und Türleibungen eingebaut werden. Dieses hat
zur Folge, dass die eingebauten Fenster und Türen in der normalen Ausführung teilweise
durch Kalkmörtel oder sonstigem Material verschmutzt werden oder sogar Beschädigungen

jedoch wird hier nur die Verwendung bzw. Abdichtung mit einer
Flach-
folie aus gleiches material vorgenommen. Somit ist eine 3 fachs
Dichtung vorhanden und eine absolute Dichtigkeit gewährleistet.
