Description
The invention relates to an electrical switching device with a plurality of reed sets, which are embedded flush with one another in stacked insulating panels. Such a one Switching device goes from DE-AS 1142197 as known. This known electrical switching device has switching reed sets in which each Switching tongue is provided with a soldering lug.
The invention is based on the object of providing an electrical switching device according to the preamble of To train claim 1 that a pre-wiring to adapt to certain application cases is possible.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the insulating plates have aligned recesses, which are each either open or into which a part of the associated switch tongue protrudes so that a Insertable short-circuit pin or clip gives electrical contact.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the part an electrical rag that makes the inside width of the recess less than the width of the cross-section of the Short-circuit pin or -bügelis reduced, so that the short-circuit pin or -bow after bending the Flap is fixed.
In dieser zeigt in rein schematischer WeiseThe invention is illustrated in more detail below with reference to the drawing. In this shows in pure schematic way

Die Fig.9 der Zeichnung zeigt ganz deutlich diesenThe F i g. 1 of the drawing shows an isometric representation of three superimposed switching reed sets of the electrical switching device according to the invention. The effective tongues are supported by the arrangement A. The ends of these tongues are designed so that they engage in the guided parts serving as cam followers. These tongues are actuated tongues molded into a plastic block 100 or plate which holds the meandering portion of the tongues in place and has a series of recesses generally aligned with each tongue . Before the molding process takes place, these tongues are connected to one another by a fabric or webbing. The typical mounting of the tongues in the derti block 100 or the insulating plate is shown in FIG. 3 of the drawing. The fabric W which establishes the connection can be left in place or can be removed by inserting punches through the aligned recesses after the molding process has ended. The Figure 9 of the drawing shows this very clearly
Dies stellt eine einfache Methode zur Herstellung der Verbindung der bpiden Zungen dar.-5 Case where the fabric was punched out in the region of the recess 102 , but no punching was made in the adjacent hole 104. This is a simple method of making the connection between the two tongues.
Eine ähnliche Anordnung wird in der Zone X der in beiden AusschlagrichtungenThe tongues located above the effective A , are tongues B of FIG. I with a single deflection direction. These tongues have an approach (Fig. 2). The tongues Z , which act in both deflection directions, show a typical design of the approaches according to FIG. 4. It is clear that a fabric W is provided in each plate, from which parts can be removed after completion of the molding process. The arrangements according to FIGS. 2-4 are shown in parallel to better illustrate the manner in which the panels 100 are stacked on top of one another. In that part of the tongues which engages in the plates 100 , three different zones are provided in each case. These zones are referred to as X, Y, and Z for the sake of simplicity. In the upper tongues, which act in a single deflection direction, holes 106 are machined into zone X , into which the tabs 108 protrude. A similar arrangement is found in zone X in both directions
w) wirkenden Zunge verwendet, während auf der wirksamen Zunge derjenige Zwischenraum, welcher mit den Aussparungen in den in einer und in beiden Ausschlagrichtungen wirkenden Zungen örtlich übereinstimmt und der mit der Ziffer 110 (Fig. 3) bezeichnet ist, freiw) active tongue is used, while on the active tongue that space which coincides locally with the recesses in the tongues acting in one and both directions of deflection and which is designated with the number 110 (Fig. 3) is free
Ί5 bleibt. So when these tongues are stacked on top of each other and the cooperating recesses are formed in the plates, so the in one acting in only one or in both deflection directions
Tongues are connected to one another in that a member is inserted into the cooperating recesses is driven which contacts the tabs 108 in the top and bottom panels of the assembly.
Reference is now made to zone Y in the following. There each effective tongue has a recess 112 into which the tab 114 protrudes, while the tongue acting in both directions of deflection has a recess 116 into which the tab 118 protrudes. The tongue that acts in a single deflection direction has a recess 120 in this zone Y which coincides in terms of position with the recesses 112,116 in the other tongues. This makes it possible to connect the effective tongues, which act in both deflection directions, to one another by driving a member through the aligned recess.
In the second zone, each tongue has a recess 122 and a tab 124, whereby a member can be inserted into the Z zone through all of these recesses. This also results from the arrangement according to FIG. 5 and the .Sectional view according to Fig. 6. It must be kept in mind that the intersection lines of FIG. 5 have a meander shape. If one proceeds from the connecting end of these tongues, the first row of horizontal recesses allows access to the tissue W which connects the various tongues to one another. It is precisely these recesses in which the tissue is removed if it is desired to separate adjacent tongues from one another, which is normal. The next row is Zone Z, followed by Zone Y and then Zone X. As can be seen from FIG. 6, a link is designated by 126, which is driven through the recesses in zone X which are aligned in the vertical direction. This member 126 can therefore only insert itself into the tongue with a single deflection direction and into the tongue with two deflection directions, but cannot establish a connection with the active tongue. As a result, the top tongue is connected to the bottom tongue in an extremely simple manner. The member 128 has been pressed into the arrangement in the zone Z; if this member 128 has been inserted sufficiently, it engages in all three tongues, which would be inexpedient. This link is therefore made sufficiently short so that it only reaches the middle plate and thereby only connects the uppermost tongue or the tongue with only one direction of deflection with the active tongue. The short-circuit clip 103 (FIG. 7) has the shape of a U-clip with legs 132, 134 pointing downwards. The leg 132 is pressed into zone Y, a recess being provided in zone Y of the single upper plate. Therefore no connection is established. The corresponding leg is made long enough to pass through the second or middle plate, where it can establish a connection with the active tongue. The w) other leg 134 engages in the zone Z , where all the tongues have aligned recesses with associated tabs. But since the leg 134 is only long enough to engage the upper plate, it is only in connection with the upper tongue, h-, The short-circuit bow 130 connects the upper tongue via the leg 132 with the leg 134 in one Row with the wir'i .amen tongue in the other row, this enables a very simple connection between different panels in different rows.
All of the short-circuit bars 130 are a little thicker than the clear width between the recess and the Lobe that protrudes into the recess of the tongue. Therefore, when inserting the shorting clip 130 in the recess of the tab is bent down and acts as a closure, making it a good electrical one Ensures connection and prevents loosening.
The Fig.8 shows another type of connection in Form of a shorting pin 136 with a part 138 which passes through the top plate and is with a bevel 140, which is provided at the end of the part 138 and to prevent the Loosening the short-circuit pin 136 serving flap underneath, inserts into the effective plate. When on the Short-circuit pin 136 a sleeve-shaped short-circuit pin is attached and the two terminals later are detached from each other, then this short-circuit pin 136 is prevented from becoming detached from the recess.
Every effective tongue has a narrow, after protruding tip, which is denoted by the reference numeral 142. It is also clear that the effective tongue is smaller than the tongues acting in one or both directions of deflection. This allows of the tip 142 into the opening 144 in the guided cam follower 146. The outstanding one End 148 of this cam follower 146 moves along the circumference of the cam. The edges of the cam follower 146 are of vertical grooves 150 in the guide oil 152 received and guided, which is fastened to the part 154 between end plates. This part 154 protrudes forward from the ends of the guide block, the latter in suitable recesses is mounted in each end plate so that the guide block is fixed in position such that it is certainly oriented with respect to the main cam, since the cam followers 148 with respect to those Cams along which they slide are securely oriented. All effective tongues are so designed that they are under a downward restoring force, so that on the cam follower 148 of the effective Tongues a compressive force is exerted such that this cam follower 148 along the cam circumference move.
Each tongue 156 acting in a single deflection direction loads in the direction of the guide block so that it rests against the stops 158 facing upward. Because the in a single The tongues acting in the direction of deflection are originally bent downwards, as a result of them Restoring force pressed firmly against these stops. The tongues that work in two directions are long enough to lie under the lower stop surfaces 160, which are also on the Guide block assembly are provided. These tongues are bent upwards so that they too are pressed against their associated stops under the influence of a restoring force.
So the effective tongues grip between the securely stored upper and lower, in a single one Direction of deflection or tongues acting in both directions, so that they are - under one Restoring force standing - against the sliding in the vertical direction, along the cam profile itself the moving cam follower and press it down.
