In all cases, the corner piece 4 or 14 is vertically closed. design and accordingly choose the section at the corner of the glass part 1 or 11 only so large that the entire metal angle within the U-shaped Profile of the frame parts 2g 3 b, 12 13 was located
According to the depth of the U-shaped profile of the metal
framing can also have an additional connection and
a better hold for the glass part 1 or 11 can be created in that this is glued or cemented to the frame parts, as mentioned.

without any difficult processing of the glass
profile part would be required o
According to Fig. 4 is the riveting of the frame parts 22 and 23
through an overlying rivet 24 which
the disk 21 penetrated at 25 a rivet head is indicated.
bezeichnet.Essentially the same embodiment is shown in Fig. 4a, only
with the difference that the disc 31, as indicated at 36, is cut off at an angle
is, so that the rivet 34 that connects the frame parts 32 and 33 together, the
Disk 31 does not penetrate. The rivet heads are also shown here and are marked 35
designated.
*"
Instead of gluing or linking the glass pane to the frame parts, a type of fastening can also be used, according to Fig. 5 or 5a, which results in a particularly intimate connection between the glass profile part and the frame. For this purpose, the edge of the glass pane 41 is covered with an insert 43 before the frame part 42 is placed on, which is made of a suitable material, such as. Io can consist of an adhesive strip of linen or a plastic insert. The free edges of the U-profile 44 are rolled over this insert 43, namely FIG. 5 shows the state before rolling and the direction in which the rolling pressure is exerted, while FIG. 5a shows a similar schematic section shows the finished frame connection.
