bedienten und am Fahrzeug befestigten Blinkleuchten und Winker= armen als Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger
zu benutzen, der a) keine eigene Stromquelle besitzt und dennoch wäh rend der Dunkelheit
für folgende und entgegenkom= mende Fahrer von Fahrzeugen deutlich sichtbar ist,
b)
der nicht am Fahrzeug, sondern am Arm des Fahrers oder Beifahrers befestigt ist,
c) der von einer mechanischen Betätigung unabhängig ist und seine Aufgabe beim Heraushalten
