Der nachstehend beschriebene Apparat soll zur Reinigung der Röhrenleitung bei Bierdruckapparaten dienen. Derselbe ist leicht transportabel, und geschieht das Reinigen der Röhren bei demselben dadurch, dafs zuerst heifses Sodawasser durch die Röhren getrieben wird und hierauf die Nachspülung der letzteren vermittelst kalten Wassers erfolgt.The apparatus described below is intended for cleaning the pipeline in beer pressure apparatus to serve. Im wesentlichen besteht der Reinigungsapparat aus zwei vorzugsweise cylindrischen Gefäfsen AB, welche auf Füfsen α ruhen und an ihrem oberen Theil durch einen Steg b zusammengehalten werden. ■ .The cleaning apparatus consists essentially of two preferably cylindrical vessels AB, which rest on feet α and are held together at their upper part by a web b . ■.

Der Windkessel W des Bierdruckapparates ist bekannter Construction. Die Pumpe P dient zur Comprimirung der Luft. Die Rohrleitung 0 verbindet den Windkessel W mit dem am Schanktisch angebrachten Manometer ß. Der dicht am Windkessel W sitzende Hahn q dient zum Absperren des Luftleitungsrohres o, welches aufserdem mit einem Abzweighahn r versehen ist, an welchen der Schlauch m des Reinigungsapparates angeschraubt werden kann; eine zweite Rohr- oder Schlauchleitung geht vom Windkessel W in den bekannten Fafsspund /, der seinerseits durch den Schlauch u mit der Bierleitung E in Verbindung steht, die auf bekannte Weise mit Kühlschlange F und Büffethahn versehen ist. Hierauf verbindet man den Büffethahn w durch den Gummischlauch i mit dem Rohr g des Reinigungsapparates und das Rohr k mittelst des Schlauches m mit dem Zweighahn r der Luftdruckleitung o. Da jedoch der Hahn η des Rohres/¹ noch geschlossen ist, so wird beim Oeffhen des Büffethahnes w zuerst der Inhalt des Gefäfses A (also heifses Sodawasser) durch die Bierleitung geprefst, reinigt diese und fliefst schliefslich sammt den in der Leitung enthaltenen Unreinigkeiten in das Gefäfs x.
