Bei den bereits bekannten einkolbigen Pumpen mit vom Regulator beeinflußter Fördermenge geschieht die Veränderung der Fördermenge meist durch Änderung des Kolbenhubes. Diese Änderungen bedingen unvermeidlich ein starkes Rückwirken auf den Regulator und infolgedessen sehr kräftige Regulatoren.
