Die "bisher für thermoplastische Kunststoffrohre verwendeten Rohrverbindungen sind vielfach als Metallklammer schraubungen entwickelt. Diese Verbindungen weisen meist einen recht kurzen Metallkonus auf und haben den Nachteil, daß sie meistens aus 3 imd mehr Einzelteilen "bestehen. Neuerungsgemäß werden diese Nachteile dadurch "behoben, daß die neue "Verbindung nur aus 2 Metallteilen besteht. Aus einem Nippel (1) mit einem flach auslaufendem Konus (5) der mit flachen schlauchtüllenähnlichen Eindrehungen verseher, ist, und einer Überwurfmutter (2) deren Innenkonus, dem Nippelkonus (3) angepasst ist. Mit dieser Rohrverschraubung ist die Herstellung einer Verbindung denkbar einfach. Die Überwurfmutter (2) wird auf das zu verbindende Rohrende geschoben und hiernach das Rohrende angewärmt. Nach Erwärmung des Rohrendes wird der Nippel, (1) mit Konus (3) in das Rohrende eingeführt. Hiernach wird die Überwurfmutter (2) mit dem Nippel (1) verschraubt. In dieser Art lassen sich auch Doppelverbindungen sowie T-und Kreuzverbindungen herstellen. SchutzanspruchPA24SOO7-254.E5 Pipe connection for thermoplastic plastic pipes.
