Gegenstand der Eintragung ist ein elastisches oder
unelastisches Gurtband, Niederband o. dgl., wie es üblicher-
weise bei Kleidangsstokenals Verstärkung in den Bnsd einge-
näht wird, und das se ausgebildet ist, daß es af eiser an-
deren Sewebeanterlage Bicht rutschte
Es ist bereits seit langem bekannte derartige Bänder
mit in der Längsrichtung ein-bzw. aufgewebten Giimmifäden,
textilen Kordeln o. dgl, zs versehen, um auf diese Weise
das Rutschen der Bänder auf ihrer Unterlaget z. B. auf der
Unterideidang, EN. verhindern. Diese bekannte Ausführung der
Bänder weist jedoch den Näehteil aof daß die durch über-
greifende Schußfäden gebildete Verbindung der Gummifäden
JEerdels e dgl BdLt deoGründ@ewebe nicht ausreichend fest
ist<t Bie Gomaifäden oder Kordeln werden nämlioh leicht
in
Form von Sehlasfen hera&sgez&gen wodurch das Band sieht
nur tinansehnlich wird, sondern auch teilweise seine das
Rutschen verhindernde Wirkung verliert.
Das eintragungsgemäSe elastische bzw. unelastische
Gurtband, Niederband o. dgl. weist ebenfalls ein- bzw. aut-
gewehte GaBßdfäden Kordeln o. dgl. auf, jedoch sind in neu-
artiger Weise die aus dem Grundgewebe erhaben hervortreten-
den Teile der Fäden, Kordeln o. dgl. durch einen nachträg-
lich aufgetragenen und autvulkanisierten dü=en Uberzug aus
Latex, Gtimmirailch o. dgl, auf dem Grundgewebe unverschiebbar
festgelegt and dadurch gegen ein Herausziehen gesichert.

dem Jeweiligen, erwendungszweo aagepaSt werden. Auch. kann

stand snd Richtung geändert werden
