so-
wie Mehrschichtleiterplatten mit erhöhter Massgenauigkeit.
Die Verwendung gedruckter Leiterplatten gewinnt immer mehr
an
also
also
legen. Process for the production of printing block templates The invention relates to a method for the production of printing
stoc: templates for the production of soldering eyes
PCBs with one-sided or two-sided conductor pattern
like multi-layer circuit boards with increased dimensional accuracy.
The use of printed circuit boards is becoming more and more popular
Importance, mainly because the manufacture and wiring
tun_g has reached a level that allows rational mass production
position allows. Another improvement and simplification
is then: if you have printed circuit boards with two sides, so
on the front and back, or even in several layers at the same time
can be occupied with ladder lines. Here, however, the possibility

Different procedures have been developed to be easy
the connection from the front to the back or also
on a third or fourth layer side.
With such connections from layer to layer it occurs
now to the fact that those to be connected are opposite to each other
The soldering points are congruent opposite each other. So it depends here
on the accuracy, with the iron multilayer circuit board

Opposite soldering lines , the more secure the connection and, what is decisive, the smaller the soldering eyes can be made and consequently the conductor tracks can also be placed closer to one another .
dazu
übergegangen, die Druckstockvorlagen in einem grossen
Fassstab durch Kleben oder Zeichnen von Lötaugen
herzustellen, beispiels-
weise 2:1, 4:1 oder grösser, was aber noch zu
f=einem befriedi-
genden Lösungsverfahren geführt hat, zumal
bei diesen Verfahren
durch notifendige Genauigkeitsforderungen hohe
Ansprüche an den
AUStW=Onden gestellt wurden. In order to increase the accuracy, it has long been passed to prepare the printing block templates in a large barrel rod by gluing or drawing pads, beispiels-, 2: 1, 4: 1 or greater, but what remains to f = a satisfactory constricting solution process has led were asked by notifendige accuracy requirements high demands on the AUStW = Onden especially in these methods.
Schicht versehene Druckstockvorlage licht-
dicht gegen die eine Seite

durchgehenden Bohrungenversehene
versehene, ohne Anforderung an Genauigkeit erstellte Vorlage, vorzugsweise
eine transparen-
te Lichtpause, deren Lötaugenanordnung in etwa dem
Lochraster

lichtemp-
findliche Schicht 9 (vgl. Fig. 4) der Druckstockvoriage

so
The task is to increase the accuracy of the method and to remove the hitherto existing slopes4. According to the invention , it is therefore proposed that the printing block template provided with a light-sensitive layer be pressed light-tightly against one side of a perforated plate, preferably made of metal, provided with a grid -shaped arrangement of through holes, so that on the other side of the perforated plate one provided with the required soldering eyes, without Requirement for accuracy created template, preferably a transparent blueprint, the solder eye arrangement of which corresponds approximately to the hole pattern of the perforated plate, and that the template is pierced by means of a light stick at the point indicated, a light source arranged on the light stick is switched on and the printing template is exposed . At KarA d of the drawing, the invention is shown in exemplary embodiments

In Fig. 3, a similar light stick 3 'is shown, des-
The only difference is that the light bulb 7
does not itself protrude into the hole 2 of the perforated plate 1, but rather

After the exposure process, the light-
sensitive printing block template developed and the conductor pattern
glued on manually. From this printing block template, whose soldering
correspond exactly to the standardized grid, the final
tige film for the production of the printed circuit boards on a scale of 1: 1
