In der Patentschrift 166865 ist die Herstellung eines gelben Farbstoffes beschrieben, welcher durch Erhitzen einer Mischung von Acet-p-toluidin mit Benzidin und Schwefel auf höhere Temperatur erhalten wird. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß sich in diesem Verfahren das Acet-p-toluidin durch Acet-otoluidin ersetzen läßt. Das Verfahren ist das gleiche wie das in dem Beispiel des Hauptpatents beschriebene, und der erhaltene Farbstoff gleicht in allen wesentlichen Eigenschaften demjenigen des Hauptpatents.In the patent 166865 the production of a yellow dye is described, which by heating a mixture of acet-p-toluidine with benzidine and sulfur is obtained at a higher temperature.
