Description

Addition to the patent aximelaung Act.ZH 60 88.7 VIII d / 21h-- G JIII 11- 57 003 "IkektriQ.ch heated mat especially for that Heating-: of surfaces such as floors., - streets, Flight drafts, bridge coverings and -'like .'- ' The invention is based on the German patent no .......... (German patent application H 60 887 VIII d / 21h of 25.10.1966) and relates to the improvement of an electrically heated battery, in particular for heating. Areas such as floors, roads, airplane runways, bridge coverings and the like. The improvement is based, in particular, on the task of simplifying and expanding the possibility of installing the mat.

The original invention envisages the embedding of the mostly uri-insulated tissue in insulating masses that harden after processing, directly on the surface of the surface to be heated. The embedding material were liquid e.g. thermoplastic, insulating masses that harden after processing, such as Gußaaphalt and mastic, are provided. This installation method has basically proven itself, but it requires knowledge and care when using it that is not always given on the construction site and, moreover, limits the use of the Hezmatt to the use of a certain number of insulating sinks, according to their 1! #. ' installation of hardening building materials. The formation of an electrically heated mat according to the present invention is intended to limit these installation and material-related difficulties and narrowing of the application possibilities when moving the mat embedding in the insulating compound from the construction site to the iieizmatten manufacturing plant to a minimum. The r "rfind'un.g - provides -, _- that the treatable- Natte before the - laying. into a one or multilayer: insulating film- embedded --will- . or through some other insulating compound a11-- side? is- surrounded, whereby -the- physical - Properties of the insulating film or mass: se so _ agreed: are that the, had easy- .auf-, resp. can be rolled out and - easily - transversely to the longitudinal direction, Can be cut to size. The-: ii ', invention is indicated by the attached drawing This is explained in more detail by way of example. Pigur 1 .: shows the top view of a through 4- IeizraaLten formed T @ ußbocle .nbrl, g "_ Tigur. ? shows a; @ ehliä: tt = @ l @: rct this: foot- flooring, In the heated floor covering 1 of 2 m width, which can be rolled up and rolled out in the direction of the arrow, there are four 0.48 m wide heating mats 2 at intervals of 0.02 m from one another in an insulating compound 3 protruding on the right and left, each 0.01 m, together with one of the ßegeliungsseite trimmed grille ¢ embedded, whereby an insulating distance between the grille ¢ and the actual heating mat 1 is maintained.

In Pigur 1, the top layer including the earthening grid 4 has been removed at the bottom left, so that the individual heating resistors connected to the power supply and drainage lines 5 of endless slopes 6, each about 0.25 m in length, are visible. From this representation it can be seen that the covering can be cut to any size and can be adapted to the requirements with the slightest loss of heating surface, since practically only one field at a time, that is, one heating resistor, based on an individual electric mat 2, can be lost.
