Description
It is known that gullies or drainage holes are used to drain away dirt and rainwater while at the same time collecting coarse impurities. These known gullies are in the form of cylindrical, roller-like structures, which generally consist of cast iron, concrete or earthenware, set into the ground and end either at the end of the sewer system or they open into septic tanks. These known arrangements have significant disadvantages as a result of their construction and the method used for their installation. For example, the storage and transport of gullies of conventional design is rather difficult and cumbersome due to their great weight and space requirements. In addition, the production costs of such known gullies are relatively high.
Another essential disadvantage of the conventional gully arrangement is that they are often contaminated in such a way after their incorporation in the subsequent application of the so-called smooth stroke or a similar surface by concrete, asphalt and gravel and the like, that cleaning with difficulty or no longer possible isi. In cases where a through hardened concrete, which has entered into the gully, a · Cleaning not mögliofc i "t, must this be broken out of the ground, which is connected to great expense *

Im einzelnen zeigt: ·To avoid this disadvantage, a kit is therefore made suggested various, partly reusable items for creating a gully. The kit that The subject of the present invention consists essentially from a funnel that is let into the ground, an inlet grate, a sludge bucket and one as an installation aid serving protective cap, depending on their form of training can be used one or more times. The kit according to the invention or its individual parts are based on drawings explained in more detail. 11 figures are shown, with Figures 1 to 9 being isometric representations. Zu seiner Herstellung kann beispielsweise Kunststoff, Asbestzement oder Stahlblech verwendet werden, das beispielsweise mit einer SohiohtThe funnel 1, which sits firmly in the ground after the gully has been completed, consists of thin-walled material. ! made of asbestos cement is “The: upper, crimped edge 1e serves to hold the funnel in the ■■ floor. ■■■■ and for this purpose is covered by this after the smooth screed or the screed has been brought up. The lower end of the funnel 1. is formed by the taper ta, the diameter of which is the respective. Opening of the sewer connection piece or the drainage pipe. The conical middle part 1b receives the sludge bucket 4, the upper edge of which rests in the lower fold Td of the funnel 1. The upper fold Io of the funnel 1 serves as a support for the grate 2 «« The cutouts arranged on the circumference. If are designed so that they can accommodate the retaining cams 3b of the protective cap 3 and the retaining cams 8a of the profile frame 8 "A hinge 5 is attached to the grate 2, which has a flat steel 5a ^ at its one end Ground is set in concrete. The production of a gully with the help of the construction according to the invention now takes place in that an opening is made in the bottom which is slightly larger than the funnel 1 "In the assembled state shown in FIG. 11" ie the grate 2 lies on the upper fold To * of the funnel, while the protective cap 3 is inserted with its all-round edge between the funnel and grate, the flat iron 5a being let into the prepared floor opening through the slot 5 * derSchutzkappeι r * ^ £, "st the Ko.st" v. The surface 3e of the protective cap 3 is at such a height that it is flush with the smooth line to be applied later. After the funnel has been let into the ground, the space between the outer wall of the funnel and the floor opening is poured with concrete. The grate 2 is also not shifted sideways by any lateral forces occurring during this process, since the protective cap 3 ensures a constant distance all around between the grate and the funnel edge. At the same time, the surface 3b of the protective cap prevents impurities from falling into the funnel. The concrete is filled up to the level of the upper, crimped edge of the funnel. During the time until the smooth line is applied, any water that may have accumulated can flow through the holes 3c on the circumference of the protective cap, while the water through the holes after the smooth line has been applied 3b can run on the surface of the protective cap. !

If contamination is no longer to be expected, will now the protective cap 3 is cut open along the dividing line 3f over its entire circumference and thus the entire surface 3e removed. The remaining edge of the protective cap 3 is now cut open at any point on the circumference and also removed. Now the grate 2, the one with the flat steel 5a is firmly anchored in the ground, can be opened and closed, as a jamming due to the previously inserted protective cap is excluded. In the case of large funnels 1, one is expedient Concrete cladding made with the help of a jacket 7, the serves as a shuttering aid and around the hinges 7b can be opened and closures 7a of a type known per se having. The jacket 7 », which is preferably made of thin sheet steel, is reusable and in the unfolded state stackable. The holding cams 3b of the embodiment shown in FIG the protective cap 3 protrude during assembly the cutouts 1f of the funnel 1 in and are poured out the space between the funnel and the bottom opening covered with concrete and held in place. The protective cap 3 can so can only be removed if their surface 3e is cut open and is removed. Another embodiment of the protective cap is shown in Figure 1 and is used in conjunction with the profile frame 8 used. The lower taper 1a of the funnel can be connected in the usual way either to a drainage pipe 6 or to any other drainage opening. The protective cap 3 is preferably made of plastic.
In the case of very large funnel diameters, which are equipped with heavy, drivable grates at the top, instead of the Hopper 1 profile frame with Z-shaped profile θ concreted in, the protective cap 3t having exactly the same mass as the Heavy grate to be used later has to be inserted into the profile frame 8 during the setting in concrete. After applying the Smooth line, which is drawn off flush with the upper edge of the profile frame 8, the protective cap 3 through the actual Rust to be replaced. The protective cap 3 is reusable and consists of a light, stable material.
