Description
The invention relates to a coaxial line support for rigid and flexible High-frequency lines or cables "consisting of one between the fence and outer conductor the high-frequency line to be inserted disc with inwardly protruding, spoke-shaped, tongues supporting the inner conductor on or in a groove of the inner conductor.
In high-frequency lines or cables, if the conductors are coacial, the inner conductors must be particularly supported against the outer conductor. As a result, the sewing part is obtained that the wave resistance at the location of the coaxial line support is smaller than in the area between these supports. This is particularly annoying when transmitting very short waves, e.g. in the centimeter range or in the microwave range); 1. The disturbances are expressed in the fact that at the point of the coaxial line there are so -, - ugly egg reflections. In this case, it is advisable to arrange grooves in the direction of rotation on the inner and / or outer conductor to compensate for these wave reflections. In this case, however, separation points are required in the outer and / or inner conductor to insert the supports, or the panes must be divided or slotted at least on one side. To avoid this disadvantage it is known from German patent specification 891 558 that the coaxial line supports are not designed as a full disc with a bolus to pass through the inner conductor, but with spoke-shaped, inwardly protruding tongues "and provided on the inner conductor supporting the high-frequency line. the Koaxialleitungsstützen are thus provided with more or less large recesses bzi.r. recesses, so that it is reduced disturbing influence. are known from German Patent application S 22693 also IXoazUalleitungsstützen in the form of spacers known, may be made of foam, for example, and formed from an insulating material having a small dielectric constant and a small dielectric loss angle.
The invention is based on this prior art. It also relates to a coaxial line support which has relatively large cutouts and is preferably made of a material which has a small dielectric constant and a small dielectric loss angle. Such materials are, for example, polystyrene, polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polytrifluorochloroethylene, nischpolymerisete of fluoroethylene or a mixture of these substances. The invention is characterized in that it not only has inwardly protruding, spoke-shaped tongues that are supported on the inner conductor and spring into grooves, but that, according to the invention, the tongues are preferably formed by circular recesses. Furthermore, according to the invention, the circular recesses can be arranged on the inner circumference of the disk between the tongues and on the outer circumference of the disk at the level of the tongues. According to the invention, bores can also be arranged at the level of the tongues between the protrusions located on the inner circumference of the disk. The tongues can also snap into slots in the inner and outer conductors.
The invention thus relates to a special design of the recesses and the tongues formed thereby, which, compared to the known tongues, give a much better hold and thus a much better support of the inner conductor, but which, on the other hand, do not yet lead to reflections that lead to a disturbing Operation of a high-frequency line biv. Run a high-frequency cable with the improper coaxial cable supports.
Two embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and are described in more detail below. In the drawings Fig. 1 is a view of a Koazialleitungestütze according to the invention with circular recesses on the Innc-numfang of the disc, Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of a Koazialleitungestütze according Fig.'l in a high-frequency line, Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of a Koaxialleitunge-Mf ng support with circular recesses on the Inz: .anu a and on the outer circumference of the disk, FIG. 4 the arrangement of a disk according to FIG. 3 in a high-frequency line. In Pige 1 , 1 denotes a disk which served as a Koaxia12-eitungsstütz für high-frequency lines or cables. Tongues 2, which are formed by circular recesses 3 , protrude inward on the inner circumference of this disk 1. At the level of the tongues 2 there are bores 4 in the disk. These bores 4 are arranged in such a way that each pin 2 is supported by two webs 5 , and the bore 4 ensures that the tongues 2 slide open Let it bend slightly on an inner conductor of a high-frequency line. The arrangement of a coaxial line support in the form of the disk 1 on an inner conductor of a high-frequency line is shown in FIG.
The outer conductor of this high-frequency line is designated with 6 and the inner conductor with 7 . According to the invention, the inner conductor has annular grooves 8 into which the disc ' 1 can engage with its tongues. It is therefore held immovably rigid and rEdial and resilient in the axial direction at this point on the inner conductor 1 , but can, if necessary, be easily pulled off the inner conductor again.
In Fig. 1 , the dashed line 9 denotes the groove base of the groove 8 of the inner conductor 7 and the dashed line 10 denotes the outer diameter of the inner conductor. 7. Fig. 3 shows an improved version of the Pig disk 1 . 19 Instead of the bores 4, recesses 11 are arranged here on the outer circumference of the disc 1 at the level of the tongues 2, so that individual disc sections 12 are formed which are connected to the tongues 2 via the webs 5 and because of the small cross-sections of the Bars 5 can also be bent slightly elastically deformed, so that they can easily be pushed into a high-frequency line up to a point in which a groove 13 is provided in the outer conductor 6 of a high-frequency line, as shown in FIG. The washer can engage in this groove 13. In the design example according to Pige 4, the disk is immovable on both the inner conductor and the outer conductor. Since the disk has a certain elasticity, the cable can also be bent without affecting the position of the support. h in relation to the inner and outer conductors: ctv so that a high-frequency cable always has the same reflection properties regardless of its position In Fig. 3 there are two dashed lines, one of which is intended to indicate the bottom of the groove 13 with 14, and the other 15 of which indicates the inner diameter of the outer conductor *
