Description
Das erfindungsgemäss neuartige Erzeugnis wird dadurch erhalten, dass
das hölzerne Kleingut obengenannter Art vorher von etwaigen langfaserigen Anteilen
durch deren voraufgehende Zerkleinerung vorbereitet worden ist, mit zur völligen
Bindung ausreichenden Mengen gelöster, etwa auf Laokkonsintenz gebrachter, härtbarer
Kunstharze versetzt, zu einer Masse vermischt und durchknetet vor Verdunstung der
sich verflüchtigenden Bestandteile des flüssigen Binders zwischen Presskqrpern warm
verpresst und unter Druck zur Abkühlung gebracht werden 9.
Im Übrigen spielen sich die Vorgänge in sehr einfacher Weise so ab,
dass die hölzernen Ausgangsstoffe auf den angemessenen Zerkleinerungsgrad gebracht,
mit den Bindemittelauflösungen gut vermischt und durchknetet, als mehr oder minder
steifer Brei
Der Werkstoff lässt sich natürlich auch in verschiedenen Gütentufen
herstellen ; die Güte hängt dabei in Wesentlichen von dem gewählten Prozent an Kunstharzanteilen
ab. Der Holzanteil ist dabei aber stets der Hauptträger und nicht der Füllstoff
für den olzanteil, weshalb das Verfahren nicht denjenigen Verfahren zur Herstellung
von Kunstharzer -zeugnissen gleichgeschaltet werden kann, bei denen den Kunsthrzanteilen
eine
verhäktnismässig geringe Menge an pulvrigen Holzmehlen als Füllstoffen zugesetzt
wird.
