Manufacture of a raw material mixture for the preparation of a fibre, wherein the fibre comprises a wood raw material and at least 5% of non-wood material, consisting of a mixture of 0 - 40% inorganic parts, 5 - 81% synthetic organic parts and/or 0 - 22.5% rottable organic parts, wherein the used parts add to 100% non-wood raw material;
    b. Shredding of the raw material mixture with a thermodynamic process;
    c. Drying of fibre;
    d. Gluing of fibre, preferable in a blender process;
    e. Hot pressing of glued fibre; and
    f. Trimming of plates and grinding to defined panel thickness.
  6. Method of claim 5, wherein the binder is urea formaldehyde-, melamine- or phenolic-resin or a combination thereof.
  7. Method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the raw material mixture using urea formaldehyde resin is adjusted to an acidic pH between 5 to 5.8.
  8. Method of any one of claims 5 to 7, using non-wood raw material as part of the fibre, consisting of a mixture of 0 - 40% inorganic parts, 5 - 100% synthetic organic parts and/or 0 - 95% rottable organic parts, wherein the used parts add to 100% non-wood raw material.
