Device for upsetting the teeth of saw blades The invention relates to a device for accumulating
In the known device of this type, a lever arm is attached to the edging pin shaft and is swiveled by hand by the operator for upsetting.
Fließwiderstand größer wird;

Zahnes anpressbare Zahnklemmbacken 10 angeordnet.
automatisch dem Fließwiderstand des Sägeblattwerkstoffes an.In doing so, the operator must feel such a great force act on the lever arm and move it just so fast that the material of the saw blade flows on the tooth face. As soon as it increases the speed, solidification occurs, so that the flow resistance increases; if the lever is moved with the greater force required to overcome the greater resistance, there is a risk that cracks will develop on the face of the upset tooth. The upsetting must therefore be carried out by a very skilled and experienced operator. The invention is based on the object of creating a device for upsetting the teeth of saw blades with which the upsetting of the saw teeth can be carried out by an inexperienced operator without the risk of cracking in the saw blade material. This object is achieved according to the invention in that a hydraulic motor fed by a displacement pump is used to rotate the compression bolt, on the pressure side of which a pressure relief valve is provided, the response pressure of which depends on the flow limit and the flow behavior of the respective Saw blade material is adjustable. If the response pressure of the pressure relief valve assigned to the hydraulic motor is set so that the valve opens when the saw blade material is flowing, it is ensured that the upsetting is carried out optimally. Should the flow resistance increase for any reason, the upsetting process is carried out correspondingly more slowly, since more liquid flows off through the pressure relief valve when the flow resistance increases. If, on the other hand, the flow resistance drops, the valve closes more and the upsetting is then carried out at a correspondingly greater speed. With the device according to the invention for upsetting the teeth of saw blades, there is the further advantage that it can be easily adapted to the different flow behavior of the saw blade materials by changing the response pressure of the pressure relief valve, and that it is nevertheless particularly simple and cheap in construction. The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of a schematic drawing of an exemplary embodiment :. The drawing shows a pivotable one in the
a rotatable edging bolt 8, an adjustable anvil 9 and during the staue hens on the tooth area adjoining the tooth tip of the tooth to be upset tooth clamping jaws 10 are arranged. At the end of the rotatable edging bolt 8, a lever arm 11 is attached, the free end of which is articulated to a piston rod 12; which is firmly attached to the working piston arranged in a hydraulic cylinder 13. To limit the pivoting movement of the lever arm, an adjustable stop screw 14 is provided against which the lever arm 11 abuts in its end position shown in dashed lines in the figure and the size of the upsetting stroke is determined by its position. The hydraulic cylinder 13, which is attached to a projection 19 formed on the holder 1, is connected via a newspaper 13 to a displacement pump 16, for example a gear pump, the suction side of which is connected to a storage container 18 ″ via a further line 17 From the pump 16 to the hydraulic cylinder 13 there is a spring-loaded pressure relief valve 20, the opening pressure of which is adjustable Switching on the displacement pump 16, pressure fluid is fed into the hydraulic cylinder 13, so that the lever arm 11 moves towards the stop screw 1 and the upsetting bolt 8 resting on the tooth face of the tooth to be upset is rotated in the direction of the arrow increasing distance between With the edging pin rotation axis and the respective contact point of the plunging pin circumference with the face of the tooth, the blade material is displaced and the tooth in question is compressed. During this process, the saw blade material opposes the edging bolt 8 with a resistance which, via the lever arm 11, exerts a force on the working piston in the hydraulic cylinder 13 which is opposite to the direction of movement of the working piston. If the case occurs that the flow resistance and thus the fluid pressure in the cylinder 13 is so great that it exceeds the response pressure of the overpressure valve: ls 20, it opens and a corresponding part of the pump's delivery rate flows back to the reservoir. This automatically adapts the feed speed of the hydraulic cylinder piston to the flow resistance of the saw blade material.
