Rubber-metal joint bushing The invention relates to a joint bushing leg consisting of an inner metal tube with a firmly adhering cylindrical rubber jacket, which is pressed into a receiving eye for external fastening with compressive prestress, and with a collar-shaped attachment serving to absorb axial forces. There are rubber-metal articulated bushes known which are used as swivel joints of the transverse and longitudinal joints of motor vehicles, which are used to guide the axles or wheels, and which are fastened to the chassis frame. Such rubber-metal joint bushings absorb the rotary movements of the handlebar only through elastic rotary stroke deformation in rubber. There are known designs of these sockets, on the cylindrical part of which a collar is attached at the front side, which gives the joint the rigidity required for proper guidance in the social direction as well. Known embodiments consist of a metallic inner tube, a gunmix layer vulcanized onto it and a metal part which is again vulcanized on the outside with a collar and which is also coated with rubber. In this design, either the inner part has to be expanded after vulcanization in order to give the rubber the compressive prestress that is important for its durability, or the outer metal part is divided into two halves or several individual parts in an anti-social direction and vulcanized onto the rubber to prevent it from being pressed into the Bearing eye to achieve the desired preload in the rubber. Both methods, expanding the inner tube and splitting and compressing the outer tube, are costly to produce. They also require tight tolerances both for the outer metal part and for the hole in the handlebar eye in order to achieve a perfect fit for the introduction of the torque. Furthermore, tubular, completely unattached rubber bushings provided with a collar are known, which are only pressed so strongly against the outer wall of the fastening eye and the inner bolt by pressing in and clamping the rubber together that frictional adhesion is caused. In this design, the pressure distribution over the length on both the inner bolt and the outer jacket is very uneven, so that the rubber slides against the metal at the places where the contact pressure is too weak. There is therefore abrasion or tears, which soon lead to uselessness, and the frictional vibrations of the rubber on the metal made possible by insufficient contact pressure cause squeaking noises.
Finally, sockets with a Bundanaatz are known in which the
Rubber is only vulcanized onto an inner tube, but on the outside only by frictional adhesion
is attached. With these parts, too, the noises already described occur
Type, but above all local overuse.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung

At this point arise, therefore, extremely high shear stresses that result in gehafteten portions to a destruction of the adhesion with subsequent tearing, abrasion and Geräuschhildung, and also with elements whose force closure is based solely on friction of adhesion, abrasion, destruction are at this point of the rubber and noises. The invention is based on the object of creating a maintenance-free joint bushing which, despite being simple and inexpensive to manufacture, achieves a high level of fatigue strength and operates completely without any harmful effects. For this purpose, the compressive prestress caused by the pressing and the shear stress caused by twisting must be as evenly distributed as possible and the peak stresses on the sharp edge between the inner surface of the collar and the outer rubber cylinder must be avoided. For this purpose, the invention provides a joint bushing, in which on the end face provided with a collar there is an inwardly tapered recess that runs around the inner metal part and extends in the axial direction approximately to the inner collar plane short cylindrical passage provided metal ring is attached. Since the recess in the rubber prevents contact with the metal, no shear stresses are introduced there when the bushing is rotated, the reaction forces of which would only have to be introduced from the opposite narrow annular surface in the edge formed by the inner face of the collar and the cylindrical projection. The metal part adhered to the front side of the inside of the federal government and provided with a passage facilitates the introduction of the remaining rotational high stresses, which are significantly reduced by the opposite relief channel, into the narrow annular surface of the hollow carbon Quarter of the rubber depth is provided with longitudinal grooves. This design of the rubber surface has the effect that the volumetric rubber when pressed into the outer eye is not only displaced in the axial direction towards the ends, but is pushed away tangentially to the outer circumference until the grooves are closed. The pushing away of the rubber, which is only possible in the axial direction in the case of a smooth, cylindrical design, results in a parabolic compressive stress distribution over the length of the cylinder, so that the contact pressure on the inner edge between the outer cylinder jacket and the inner face of the collar and on the opposite end of the bushing has the value Has zero and therefore a relative movement with the deficiencies mentioned earlier would be possible when the bushing is rotated due to the lack of frictional adhesion. Pushing the rubber away towards the longer grooves changes the stress distribution, so that the increased contact pressure that is generated occurs at the points mentioned, while it is reduced in the middle. This increases the frictional adhesion at the end of the cylindrical bushing part as well as in the channel between the inner collar face and the outer cylinder, and the introduction of the torsional thrust stresses reduced by the aforementioned inventive measures is further facilitated. In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the outside diameter of the cylindrical rubber part has a slight taper towards the middle. This design of the socket also increases the contact pressure at the endangered points and ensures a high coefficient of friction, which prevents any movement relative to the outer eye into which the socket is pressed. Finally, a further valuable development of the invention can be seen in the fact that an annular metal plate is placed on the front rubber surface of the collar after vulcanization and its inner bore is caulked or screwed to the front face of the inner metal tube, the front collar of the rubber part being pretensioned under pressure . This design anticipates the pretensioning of the collar attached to the front so that it does not have to be done during assembly. The handlebar eye provided with the sockets can therefore be more easily pressed into the fork-shaped bearing blocks of the vehicle. The drawings illustrate the invention as follows Figure 1 shows the joint bushing of the one you have attached

According to Fig. 1 and 2, a cylindrical rubber jacket (2) is vulcanized onto the metal tube (1). An annular collar (3) is attached to one end face of the element, and the metal plate (4) is vulcanized onto the inner end face. The metal plate (41) is provided with a short cylindrical passage (5) , which protrudes into the cylindrical rubber part (2) and has an outer diameter smaller than the cylindrical rubber part before assembly. The metal plate (4) can protect against external influences such as dust and fat may be provided with a bead (6). the end (7) of the collar projection (3) is designed spherical in unvorgespanntem state. at provided with the collar (3) end face of the joint bush is an annularly extending around the inner metal part (1) Relief channel (8) attached, which runs approximately to the inner collar plane and tapers inward. The cylindrical part of the joint bushing is provided with wedge-shaped longitudinal grooves (9) . According to Fig. 3 , two joint bushings are pressed into the handlebar eye (10) from both sides . the eye with the joint sleeves is inserted with pretension between the cheeks (11) and (12) of the vehicle-side bearing block. the spherical end face (7) of the jacks bundeo is compressed and takes the form of a flat ring (13) . The relief channel (ß # remains. E: -. Hold, although the rubber also bulges out a little on the side surfaces of the channel. The bolt (14) is used to fasten and clamp the bushes together in the bearing block. The image anert 4 tu, - td 5 show the joint bushing. In another embodiment variant in the fully vulcanized element, an annular metal plate (15) is placed on the front side rubber surface of the collar (3) . An inner bore (16) is caulked with the front side of the inner metal tube. The front side (17) of the collar (3) is pretensioned under pressure and takes the form of a flat ring surface.
