Description
Baustahlmatten.Welded wire mesh.
In concrete construction technology, especially in production of ceilings and slabs have been used for a long time so-called structural steel mesh, is used. These consist of Wires that ran at a distance from each other and ^ white layers form, with the wires of a Lafe the wires of the cross the other layer at right angles. The wires of these layers are not interwoven, but lie on top of one another in one level each. At every crossing point is the wire of the upper layer is welded to that of the lower layer, almost exclusively by resistance welding. The mats are used for floppy probation, i.e. they are laid without any pre-entrance. In relation to the Stresses that are applied to the top side of the concrete elements, E.g. on the ceiling, experience of welded wire mesh arranged, it appears to be of considerable importance for the Adhesive strength, to provide welded wire mesh with a ringed tiber-tranmra length if possible. But it should the design ensure a high level of durability.
The load capacity and the The safety of the concrete structures provided with aolohen mats is considerably improved «
Another feature of the welded wire mesh according to the invention is that all transverse and all longitudinal wires in spite of of the corrugation lie in one of two parallel planes. Dipa is referred to in a simple manner. achieved in that the corrugated wires with one of their corrugation plane parallel side to be laid flat on the other wire. This means that all support points are on the same level zii and come through a fixed support at the crossing points, better weldability and one significant due to the increase in the support surface obtain greater durability of the welded joint.
Another possibility is to match the wavelength «! the distance between the wires in the other junction well, and this distance should be equal to this distance the breadth in the other position or equal to a multiple be of it. Such wires can then also be welded onto one another with a vertical wave plane. Then it is with Easily possible with the wires of the other layer being preferred Points, so preferably in the trough to be arranged. In this case, too, the advantages described above are available.

The Pig "1 to 5 is a mat in which the longitudinal wires 1 are corrugated and the transverse wires 2 are straight. Like from Pig. 1 and 3, the corrugated wires Ί are in contact with the wires 2 with one of their flat sides. With the Pig. 4 and 5, both the longitudinal wires 1 and the transverse wires 2 are corrugated. The wires 1 and the wires 2 lie on top of one another with flat sides.
FIGS. 6 to 9 are corrugated long wires 1 and straight transverse wires 2. The wavelength L is selected such that it corresponds to the distance A between the transverse wires. In FIGS. 8 and 9, A = 2 L. The wave height is marked with H.
