Description
Belt grinding machine The invention relates to a belt grinding machine with a grinding belt guided over several rollers, one of the roller axles being mounted in a pivotable axle support, the pivot axle of which intersects the roller axle, for the purpose of adjusting the belt run. In such a belt grinding machine known (from German patent specification 936 617) , the axle support is arcuate and is mounted in an arcuate holder so that it can be pivoted along the circular arc of this holder. A screw spindle, a variable-length cardan shaft and a handwheel can be used to set the angular position of the axle carrier in relation to its Zager . This is to e4 '! 6 relatively complicated and therefore expensive Konatru'-t ion. In particular, the production of the arcuate axle carrier and its bearing is likely to be associated with considerable costs . Also, the arcuate guides on the holder and Icheträger are only with a considerable construction effort against the ingress of dust and. To protect abrasion. They are therefore subject to increased wear, which may lead to an e Fbckierung both parts. In addition , in the known grinding machines, the steering and spool reels are stored in the axle carrier. Pair the grinding , however, is not the belt run on the deflection roller or the tensioning roller decisive but the belt run on the contact roller is of decisive importance. The belt run on the contact roller can only indirectly and in a very poor way with the received grinding machine. Bandleuf can be adjusted on the pulley.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a belt grinder of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the bearing for the pivotable axle carrier c. is simpler and therefore cheaper in 4-piece production and a direct adjustment of the belt run on the contact roller can be made.
This confused! According to the invention achieved in that the axle support for the axis of the contact roller is pivotably arranged in which a pivot axis extending in the belt plane, perpendicular to the contact roller axis is provided on the ego support within the belt loop and can be clamped against a bracket connected to the Naachinengeetell. As a result, the pivoting device for the. Ichs'jrätrer much simplified. The ^ hstr use -, - e.gl- '. saw c. They are in the plane of the sanding belt ext @ `- ervker @ 'ä @ °. With the new one, however, the position of the sliding belt in relation to the contact roller can also be adjusted much more precisely, since the contact roller axes are self-adjustable. In the drawing, 4 designates a part of the machine frame on which the axle support 111, 1117 is to be pivotably mounted . For this purpose , the pivot axis 112 is fastened in the part 111 of the axle carrier. The pivot axis is provided within the belt loop and extends perpendicular to the axis 124 of the contact roller 123. A bearing block 101 is then fastened to the machine frame 4 by means of the screws 102, 103 . The screws engage threaded holes in this case 104, 104a. Are on the machine frame further threaded holes 105,105a, 110, provided 110a of ägerbockes allow a displacement one hundred and first, if, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a contact roller 141 is used with a different diameter and on the guide roller 108 waived. The bearing block 101 has a groove 106 which extends parallel to the contact roller axis 124 and in which the tongue 107 of the mounting part 108 engages. In this way, the holding part 108 can be displaced in the direction of the contact roller axis 124. The support part 108 can be clamped in place by means of a clamping screw 113. The mounting part also has a bore 109a which extends perpendicular to the contact roller axis 124 and in which the pivot axis 112 of the axle carrier engages. At right angles to the pivot axis is a screwed into this and with a slot 120 of the mounting part 108 therethrough. stepping outside with a collar 125 supporting clamping screw 115 is provided. This clamping screw is used to clamp the pivot axis 112 in any position. The collar 125 of the clamping screw 115 is supported on a cylindrical part 109 of the mounting bracket 108. In this way, by loosening the clamping screw 1'15, the angular position of the contact roller axis 124 relative to the plane of the grinding belt can be adjusted and the position of the grinding belt on the contact roller 123 can thus be changed. The relatively long shaft 116 of the clamping screw 115 serves as an adjusting lever. By loosening the screw 113, the mounting part 108 can be displaced transversely to the plane of the grinding belt and thus a further setting of the position of the grinding belt on the contact roller 123 can be made. The sanding belt. itself can be guided over the contact roller 123 and the deflection roller 118 in a manner similar to that described in Eig. 6 is shown. For better guidance of the belt, the guide roller 1'I8 can be of spherical design. By offsetting the axis 119 of the deflecting roller 118, the wrap angle of the grinding belt on the contact roller 123 can be changed.
For this purpose, the deflection roller axle 1 '(9 can be inserted into various bores 122 of the arm 117. This arm 117 is preferably arranged to the side of the contact roller 123 and the deflection roller 118 and the axles 124, 119 are cantilevered on this arm and held by means of screws 127, 121. This floating arrangement enables a quick exchange of the contact rollers or the grinding belt as well as a simple displacement of the deflection roller axis 119.
So that an optimal setting , once found, can be found again as quickly as possible after a belt change, a roll exchange or any other adjustment of the machine, it is expedient to place markings 11 to L4 on the bearing block 101 and the mounting part 108, as can be seen from FIG to attach.
Damit man dem sich frei durchbiegenden Teil 171 des Schleifbandes eine unterschiedliche Neigung zur Senkrechten geben kann, je nach dem, ob die Bedienungsperson steht oder sitzt, ist die weitere Kontaktrolle 183 an. einem Schwenkarm.4 and 5 show a further embodiment in which the axle support has two parallel arms 132, 133, on which the axis 142 of the contact roller 141 is supported on both sides and held by means of the screws 142 . The arms 132, 133 are fastened to a center piece 131 by means of the screws 134 # and 136 with spacers 137 in between. The middle piece 131 carries the pivot axis 112, which is rotatably and clampably connected to the holder 108,101 in the same way as in the first .1busführumgabebeispiel. Further spacers 138 are arranged on the outside of the arms 132, 133 . Depending on the width of the contact roller 141 is arranged also these spacers between the arsenic at a wider contact roller and. the center piece 131 or , in the case of even narrower contact rollers , the spacers 137 are also taken to the outside. In order to facilitate the adjustment, a further marking L5 is provided on the mounting part 108 , to be precise offset by 180 ° with respect to the markings 1 to L3. In this way , after loosening the alternative part 108 and rotating it by 1800, the markings L1 to L3 are brought down and the mark 15 upwards, so that only the mark L5 is visible and confusion is ruled out. In Fig. 6 to 8 an additional device is shown which makes it possible to work with a freely deflecting part 171 of the grinding belt. The part 171 of the sanding belt can be freely adapted to the contour of the workpiece to be sanded, it also being possible, if necessary, to carry out sanding work on the curved parts 172 and 173 of the sanding belt. So that the freely bending part 171 of the grinding belt can be given a different inclination to the vertical, depending on whether the operator is standing or sitting, the further contact roller 183 is on. a swivel arm.
This stationary Am 174 is screwed to the machine frame 4 by means of the screws 176,177. The pivot position of the pivot arm 178 can be adjusted via a further support arm 191 hinged to the pivot arm 178 by means of the screw 192 and a clamping screw 193. By loosening the screws 176, 177 this additional device can be removed quickly and easily or mounted in the opposite way . For setting the tape running on the lower contact roller 183 of the Ichsbräger 181 is mounted about the screw 182 pivotally mounted on the swing arm 178, the pivot position is adjustable by a set screw 'I86.
In. Fig. 4 und 5 dargestellten Achsträgers seitlich umfassen. In. 9 and 10 show a further additional device in which the storage of the rod-shaped contact roller 163 is important. This contact roller 163 should have a particularly small diameter and should also be easily exchangeable for a similar, rod-shaped contact roller with a different diameter. For mounting the contact roller 163 laterally Lich two per support roller pairs are 158.161 and 159.162 provided, to which the Eiden 164,166 support the contact roller 163rd The required for supporting the support rollers 158,159,161,162 bearing blocks 151 and 152 have Iuesparungen to 153,154, the .arme 132,133 comprise the axle carrier illustrated in. Figs. 4 and 5 laterally. Means of adjusting screws 156.1.57 can lwagerbecke be attached to the arms. They can also serve to accommodate a further deflection roller 165, which give the grinding belt B better guidance. This grinding belt must either be felt via the contact roller 141 and the contact roller 63, whereby a very small grinding radius is achieved in the latter and also a flat part 1 6? the sanding belt for other grinding work is available or you may cause the sanding belt, as indicated by B1, even on the contact roller 163rd Since the contact roller 163 only rests loosely on the pairs of supporting rollers, it can easily be exchanged for one with a different diameter.
