Abstract
The invention provides an abrasive belt end face grinding device which comprises a base, a guide rail, a cantilever, an abrasive belt support, a motor, a workpiece chuck, an abrasive belt and an abrasive belt fine adjuster, wherein the guide rail is arranged on the base; the invention mainly polishes the end face of the workpiece, the cantilever moves up and down on the guide rail to adjust the height of the abrasive belt, and the abrasive belt fine adjuster is matched with the elastic device of the abrasive belt support, so that the abrasive belt can form a tensioning plane at the part contacted with the surface to be processed of the workpiece, the phenomenon of workpiece bulge is avoided, and high-precision linear grinding is realized.
