1. Verfahren zum Polieren von Glasgegenständen in einem Flußsäure und Schwefelsäure enthaltenden Polierbad, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,
daß man eine Polieraäure mit einer üchwefeisäure- I
konzentration von mindestens 63 % anwendet mit der Maiägabe, dai die Konzentration des Bades an Kieselfluorwasserstoffsäure unterhalb des üättigungswertes gehalten viird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g β k e η η ze lehnet, daß man zur Badauffrischung an Pluflsäure Fluorwasserstoffgas einleitet.
