Abstract

In a method of determining the susceptibility of a metal to attack by a corrosive eletrolyte, as disclosed and claimed in Patent Specification No. 1,071,068, the electrodes used are gold-gold oxide, platinum-platinum oxide or rhodium-rhodium oxide and the corrosive electrolyte is a molten salt, such as sodium hydrogen sulphate.
