KLASSE 53: Aufbewahrung und Zubereitung von Nahrungsmitteln
F. W. FISCHER in BERLIN. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pferdeschrotbrod.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 14. November .1880 ab.
Die Composition verschiedener Getreidearten, welche in gebackenem Zustande zur besseren
Ernährung von Pferden dienen soll, besteht aus Weizen, Roggen, Hafer, Gerste und Mais in
geschrotenem Zustande mit einem Zusätze von Häcksel. Unter Beifügung von Sauerteig in
der Gestalt und Gröfse von Commisbrod gebacken, bewährt sich dasselbe zur Ernährung
namentlich älterer Pferde.
Die Ursache dieser vorzugsweise guten Ernährung ist zweifellos nicht nur in der Mischung
der verschiedenen Getreidearten, sondern auch hauptsächlich in der leichteren Verdauung des
qu. Gebäcks, dem die Bezeichnung »Pferdebrod« beigelegt wird, begründet.

- PATENT-Anspruch:Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pferdeschrotbrod, aus geschrotenem Weizen, Roggen, Hafer, Gerste, Mais, unter Zusatz von Häcksel und Sauerteig.
