Wie aus der beiliegenden Zeichnung, besonders aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, besteht die zum Zuführen und Festhalten der Zigarettenhülsen dienende Vorrichtung aus einem mit einer Aushöhlung 14 versehenen Block 13 (muldenförmigen Greifer), wobei die Aushöhlung 14 eine derartige Größe und Länge hat, daß die Zigarettenhülse in die Aushöhlung hineinpaßt und sich in derselben nicht verschieben kann, damit die sichere Einführung des Mundstückes in die Zigarettenhülse gewährleistet ist. Der Block 13 führt oberhalb des schräg angebrachten Tisches 9 eine derartige hin- und hergehende Bewegung aus, daß die z. B. von einem Hülsenstrang in passender Länge abgeschnittenen und dem Tisch 9 zugeführten Zigarettenhülsen durch den Block 13 der Vorrichtung zum Einführen der Mundstücke in die Zigarettenhülsen zugeführt werden. Während der Einführung des Mundstückes in die Zigarettenhülse muß die Bewegung des Blockes 13 unterbrochen werden, damit die Zigarettenhülse freiliegt und das Mundstück in dieselbe sicher eingeführt werden kann. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Block 13 vermittels eines Armes 17 und einer Welle 19 an einem Arm 22 (Fig. 1 bis 3) und der letztere an einem hin- und hergehenden Schlitten 23 derart drehbar befestigt, daß gegen Ende der Bewegung des Schlittens in der einen Richtung der Arm 22 gegen ein an dem Maschinengestell befestigtes Anschlagstück 33 anstößt, so daß bei der weiteren Bewegung des Schlittens 23 der Arm 22 sich um den am Schlitten 23 vorgesehenen Zapfen dreht und somit der Block 13 festgehalten wird. Hierbei muß selbstverständlich der Block. 13 zwecks Freigabe der mit einem Mundstück versehenen Zigarettenhülse und zwecks Ausführung der Rückwärtsbeweg'ung etwas angehoben werden, was in der Weise geschieht, daß auf der Welle 19 ein Arm 34 befestigt ist, welcher z. Der Schlitten 23 ist in dem auf dem Tisch 1 angebrachten Führungsstück 24 geführt und erhält z. B. von einer auf der Welle 29 befestigten Daumenscheibe 28 vermittels der Kurbelstange 25 eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung. Die Stellung des Armes 22 senkrecht zum Schlitten 23 ist durch ein am Schlitten angebrachtes Anschlagstück 31 gesichert, gegen welches der Arm 22 vermittels der Feder 32 gehalten wird.
