Fig. 3 und 4). Diese umgebogenen Vorsprünge haben aber infolge der Elastizität des Papiers das Bestreben, sich wieder etwas aufzurichten, so daß noch eine zweite FaItvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, um die umgebogenen Vorsprünge nochmals derartig umzubiegen, daß sie rechtwinklig zu dem Papierbande stehen bleiben. Diese zweite säumerartig wirkende Faltvorrichtung besteht aus zwei übereinander liegenden Platten 6,7 (Fig. 2, 7 bis 11), zwischen denen das Papierband hindurchgeführt wird. Hierbei ist die untere Platte 7 mit einer schrägen Fläche 8 derart versehen, daß die letztere unter einem Winkel zu der Bewegungsrichtung des Papierbandes liegt (Fig. 9) und die Vorsprünge des Papierbandes beim \^;orbeigang an dieser Fläche nochmals umgebogen werden, so daß sie fast rechtwinklig zum Papier stehen bleiben.
