Description
The present invention relates to a regenerant distributor device for mixed bed filters.
There are a number of regenerant distribution devices known. Basically, three types can be distinguished. The first type so far known regenerant distribution devices consists of a central support tube with lateral Support arms in rubberized design. These carrier arms have slotted plastic shells on both sides provided, which are fastened with plastic screws. The downside of this first The type of known regenerant distributor device is that the plastic trays must be fitted tightly on the support arms, which inevitably leads to many sealing points leads. Another particular disadvantage of this known first type of regenerant distributor device is that their application is limited to water temperatures up to about 40 ° C is.
The second known basic type of the known regenerant distributor device consists of two nozzle bases, the first base being welded into one another and the second base being flanged to the container. The distribution pipes are made of plastic, which are made from the solid. The. "Disadvantage of this second known type of a basic v regenerant distributor device is that required by the production from the solid material, a considerable effort that is inevitably associated with a considerable labor effort. Another disadvantage, which particularly affects the operational safety of such a system, is that the lower nozzle bases are exposed to the full operating pressure in the event of incorrect switching and can be destroyed as a result.
The third basic type of the known regenerant distributor device consists of a nozzle base with inserted plastic distributor pipes, the collecting pipe being connected by means of a plastic hose. The disadvantage of this third basic type of regenerant distributor device is that considerable difficulties arise, especially during installation. Furthermore, for technical installation reasons, an additional jacket piece must be provided between the nozzle base and the lower dished base. Another disadvantage is in this third basic type of regenerant l distributor device that considerable Regeneriermittelverluste occur, which are given by the not always adequate seal. Another disadvantage is that this third basic type is limited to water temperatures of up to about 40.degree.
The object of the present invention is to create a regenerant distributor device which is structurally simple and therefore inexpensive in terms of production technology, with which a perfect distribution of the regenerant agent is ensured.
The present invention is characterized in that an intermediate piece with a central bore is provided between the collecting pipe and the drain pipe, through which the drain pipe is guided to above the nozzle base, the intermediate piece being cylindrical in the area of the passage through the nozzle base, while the Part of the intermediate piece continued above the nozzle base, seen in cross section, is designed in a rotationally symmetrical wave-shape on its outer surface and is enclosed by the collecting pipe up to approximately the upper nozzle base surface.
Die erfindungsgemäße Regeneriermittel-Verteilereinrichtung besteht aus drei Teilen. Durch dieseThe regenerant distributor device according to the invention consists of three parts. Through this
In particular, the production-related disadvantage of the known embodiments is divided into three parts of this type adhered by their production from the solid, avoided. At the same time, the Above mentioned considerable wage and material costs. The structure according to the invention of the regenerant distributor device but also brings significant installation advantages with it, because the assembly of the three individual parts is relatively can be done easily. Furthermore, the regenerant distributor device according to the invention is not open Certain water temperatures are limited, but can also be used at high temperatures.
In order to seal the bore of the intermediate piece that receives the drain pipe, it is according to the invention provided at one or more points with annular grooves into which z. B. an O-ring seal can be used.
Around the end of over a portion of the intermediate piece to firmly connect guided collecting pipe with this, the invention is characterized in that that an annular groove is provided in the intermediate piece directly above the nozzle base. At this annular groove engages the end of the manifold and can expediently with the through the nozzle bore guided sealing element are firmly connected.
The invention is further characterized in that the immediately down to the Ring groove adjoining cylindrical section smaller in outer diameter than the lower section of the intermediate piece is held.
A sealing element can only be passed through the nozzle bottom bore if if according to the invention between the outer surface of the cylindrical part and the surface of the In the nozzle bottom bore, a free space remains in which a sealing element, e.g. a lamellar seal, remains is used.
In most cases it will be useful to give the outlet opening above the nozzle bottom a special shape. According to the invention it is therefore proposed to make this outlet opening conical. The advantage of this shape consists on the one hand in a simple introduction of the drain pipe through the central bore, on the other hand is due to the conical design of one free end of the drain pipe the concern of these two conical surface parts achieved a special holding effect.

weist. In such cases, according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the drainage pipes of the individual distribution devices are fed to a common perforated disc, which in turn is connected to the sewer. The holes in the perforated disc can be provided according to the invention with one or more ring grooves in which e.g. O-ring seals can be used.
Es zeigtAn exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below. It shows
