Description
Flexibly installed Zager The invention relates to plain bearings for axle or stub shafts in which the geometric axis of the axle or stub shaft does not exactly coincide with the axis of rotation. Such vagabonds are preferred Required for blowers with drum rotors through which the flow passes, so-called tangential blowers. Tangential blowers are used so that the free passage of air is not disturbed by a wave designed with stub shafts that are fastened in the end plates. Manufacturing it is extremely time-consuming to align or rework the shaft stubs, that their surfaces lie in the area of a common cylinder. Therefore lead the Zager always made a slight tumbling motion. Even with the kinematic reversal the arrangement of bearings in the end plates, into which the stub axles that are fixed to the housing protrude, the same consideration applies. It is known to have such bearings in membranes, preferably to arrange made of rubber. While this solution has proven itself well with a coaxial drive has, it fails when driving the fan by radial forces causing gears, e.g. belt. The invention relates to Zager, which do not have harmful radial Allow deflections, which also cause less manufacturing effort and have a good operational reliability. The invention sees before that the Zager have a groove-shaped recess in which a rubber-elastic Ring is inserted, the against two a groove forming support body of the Housing is supported so that the bearing bush does not touch the housing elements. To ensure lubrication, the Hing rests on studs arranged in a ring, which leave space between them for oil to enter the bearing. The invention is based on a figure explained. The figure shows an embodiment of the invention in which a fan 2 is driven by a V-belt pulley 80. The V-belt pulley at the same time forms the end plate of the fan rotor and has stub shafts 93 in the hub 94: the stub shafts slide in bearing bushings 87, which are secured by rubber rings 86, which are positively locked in a groove, against the bearing cover 85 and the cleats 84 are supported. The bearing caps 85 simultaneously form the closure cap for an oil reservoir 9'I in which there is oil-soaked fiber mass. By the slots between the lugs 84, the oil communicates with the bearing bush 87. Oil slingers 89 return oil to the collecting areas 88 so that no oil can get lost. The inside diameters of the protrusion 85 and the cleat ring 84 are dimensioned so that the bearing bush 87 has no contact and thus only over the rubber ring 86 can be held pivotably within a small framework.
