Gegenstand der Erfindung sind ölgemische, welche dadurch
gekennzeichnet sind, daß sie einen kleineren Anteil eines BTropfmisehpolymerisats
enthalten, welches, aus einem Grundgerüst von mindestens einem Alkylacrylat oder -methacrylat besteht,
dessen Alkylreste genügend groß-sind, um dem ifropfmischpolymerisat
öllöslichkeit zu verleihen, und auf welches Einheiten
von Maleamin- oder Itaconaminsäuren aufgepfropft sind, in denen
das Stickstoffatom der Säureeinheiten die Gruppe

Es. wurde nun gefunden, daß. die Pfropfmischpolymerisate, die
naoh der genannten anderen eigenen Patentanmeldung hergestellt,
durch Aufpfropfen von Maleinsäure-, Itaconsäureanhydrid: oder: vergleichbaren Anhydriden auf ein Grundpolymerisat dargestellt
sind, welches eine zur Herstellung der Löslichkeit in flüssigen Kohlenwasserstoffen ausreichenden Anteil an langkettigen
Gruppen enthält, mit einer Aminoalkylverbindung der allgemeinen Pormel

primären Stickstoff an einer Car "boxy gruppe des AnhydridTaausteins

Die den einen Bestandteil der Ölgemische der Erfindung bildendenffifropfmischpolymerisate
verleihen den Gemischen eine gute dispergierende Wirkung· Im Fall von Schmierölen bedeutet dies,
daß das Absetzen von Summen und Lacken verhindert wird, während in Heizölen und in zur Krafterzeugung oder -übertragung bestimmten
ölen eine Stabilisierung gegen die Bildung von Schlamm und Ablagerungen erreicht wird«, In den Ölgemisehen der Erfindung
wirken die Mis ehpolymeris ate, auf die zu Amidgruppen modifizierte
Säureanhydrideinheiten aufgepropft sind, als hervorragende Dispergierungs- und Reinigungsagentieno Die Efropfmisch«
polymerisate können gleichzeitig die Beziehung zwischen Viskosität und Temperatur verbessern und gegebenenfalls zur Senkung
der Gießpunkte dienen· Im Fall von Gasolinen, Heizölen und furboölen zeichnen sich die Gemische der Erfindung durch verbesserte.

mischpolymerisate, mit denen die ölgemische der Erfindung hergestellt wer&en sollen, lassen sich als Konzentrate lagern,
und versenden, so daß sie am Bestimmungsort mit ä.en Flüssigkeiten
gemischt werden können, in denen sie verwendet werden sollen· DieBfropfmischpolymerisate können aber auch in einem
flüchtigen Lösungsmittel gelöst sein, welches dann durch ein weniger flüchtiges oder Überhaupt nicht flüchtiges Lösungsmittel
verdrängt werden kann« So kann beispielsweise ein in Toluol hergestelltes Büropfmischpolymerisat in ein Schmieröl
oder"ein synthetisches Schmiermittel übertragen werden, indem
man die toluolische Lösung des fifropfmisehpolymerisats mit dem
öl oder synthetischen Schmieröl mischt und erhitzt, wobei
zweckmäßig der Druck vermindert wird., Man kann dies bei lemperaturen
zwischen 100° und 1750O .unä. mit ,Quecksilberdrucken

Die Ölgemische der Erfindung werden "hergestellt,- indem man
etwa 0,001 Ms 20fo eines oder mehrere der Amidgruppen enthaltenden
Pfropfmischpolymerisate in dem gewünschten Öl löst» Das Pfropfmischpolymerisat kann dabei der einzige Zusatz sein
oder in Verbindung mit anderen "bekannten Zusätzen verwendet
werden, beispielsweise. Antioxydantien, Stabilisatoren, schaumhindernden
Mitteln, Mitteln zur Verbesserung des Viskositätsindex oder des Grießpunktes, Korrosionsschutzmitteln, Mitteln

Die ölig« Lösung des modifiziertenEfropfmischpolymerisats
besitzt nun bei 990C eine Viskosität τοη 305 es.
Man misent einen Teil1 dieser Lösung mit einem Mineralöl
•"170 S.U,S* midcontinent solvent extracted11 und stellt auf
Mischpolymeres ein. Die Viskosität beträgt bei 9SPC 6*53 es,
bei 38°C 41,73 es t Viskositätsindex 117.
Einen anderen Teil des Ölkonzentrats mi seht man In Ueutralöl
170 S.U.S. zu einem Feststoffgehalt von 2f6. Dieses Gemisch
dispergiert Asphaltene im Standardtest sowohl bei 90° wie bei 15O0C. Mit fortschreitenden Verdünnungen stellt man fest, ·
daß selbst bei einem Polymerisatgehalt von nur 0,0625 $ sowohl
bei 90° sowie bei 15O0G 0,2 $>
Asphaltene dispergiert . werden. Bei 1500G werden sogar 0,4 # Asphaltene diespergierto
Die Modifizierung der Anhydridbausteine' mit Aminoalkylalkylenharns toff steigert wesentlich die Dispergierfähigkeit« ~
Bin Ifeüträlöl 100 S.u.S*, hat «inen Grießpunkt von 150Ge Mischt
man es mit dem Gelkonzentrat diises Beispielö zu einem Feststoff gehalt von Iff, so ergibt sich ein Grießpunkt von -320Oe
Ein ölgemisch mit 1# diieses Efropfmisehpolimären ergibt in
einem MÄeehinent«st G.H.G. IL-2 einen Schlamm-Wert von 67,4

sie zwei Stunden lang bei 290 C gegen ein erhitztes Blech. Man bestimmt die G-ewichtszunähme des Bleches
und vergleicht mit einem Blindversuch an öl ohne die zu prüfende Substanz·
Das modifizierte EfropfmischpOlymerisat des Beispiels ergibt
im Sundetrand-Pumpentest in einer Konzentration von 0,01g in
1OO ear Treibstoff 13 mg Sehlam», während ohne den Zusatz

Man polymerisiert Cetyl-stearylmetnaeryl&t (9Sprozentig) im
Verhältnis 90*122 bis zu. 73 # aus, setzt dann eine· Lösung von
4,5 feilen STaIeinsäureanhydrid in. 85,5 Teilen Xthylacrvlat zu
und polymerleiert in Gegenwart von. weißem Mineralöl aus» Man
erhält als Ausgangs stoff eine 4-2,4· prozentige Lösung eines
Hropfmischpolymerisats in öl mit einer Viskosität von. 3,556 es.
bei 990Co
Zur Modifikation werden 200 !feile- dieses öligen Konzentrats
mit 2 feilen M-ß-Aminoäthyläthylenharnstoff,, l-(2~Aminoäthyl)-2~imidazolidinon,
erhitzt unter Rühren 5 Stunden lang auf 12O0C
und erhält eine 45prozentige Lösung des modifizierten Ifropfmisch-Polymerisats,
in welchem, da» Grrundgerüst aufgepjropft die AmIdsäure
trägt, die mit dem Aminoäthy-läthyXenharnstoff gebildet
wurde .. Die Viskosität in der Masse beträgt 5 100 es. bei 99°C.
Ein Gremisch von 1 ^ dieses modifizierten Kropfmischpolymerisats _
in Feutralöl 170 hat bei 990E eine ITiskosltät von 7,72 es.,bei
38 C eine solche von 55*4 es., entsprechend einem Tiskositäts—
index von 112.

gleichen Aerylaten und Methaerylaten eine 30prozentige lösung
eines !!»ropfmischpolymerisats mit aufgepfropften Maleinsäureanhydridkinheiten
in Öl her, deren Viskosität 264 es."bei 99 C

Man mischt 94»5 !eile dieser 30prozentigen lösung mit 0,66
Teilen H—ß-Aminoäthyläthylenharnstoff und erhitzt unter
Rühren 4 Stunden auf 120 bis 1250C Dabei werden die Anhydrideinheften
praktisch quantitativ in Säureamldeinheiten übergeführt,
Die Viskosität dieses modifiziertenPfropfmisehpolymerisats In
etwa 30 prozentiger Öllösung beträgt 350 ca« bei 990C ·
Ein Gemisch von 1 ft des so hergestellten Polymerisate in
Neutralöl 170 hat b«i 990C eine Viskosität von 6,84 es. und
bei 380C eine eolche von 43»56 es., entsprechend einem Viakoeitätsindex

Ein gemäß Beispiel 3,aber mit di-tert-Butylperoxyd als Katalysator
bei 110° bis 1150C,in-der ersten Phase hergestelltes
Bropfmischpolymerisat, welches in 30 prozentiger öllösung bei
990C eine Viskosität von 3,230 es. besitzt, dient als Ausgangsprodukt
ο 109,3 Teile dieser Lösung werden mit 0,66 Teilen N-ß-Aminoäthyläthylenharnstoff bei 1200C 4 Stunden lang erhitzt und die öllösung des so modifiziertenTftop-fmischpolymerisate
auf 3O $> Mischpolymerisat eingestellt. Diese Lösung besitzt
eine Viskosität von etwa 4 000 es. bei 99 C in der Masse·
Eine mit Schmieröl verdünnte .Mischung dieses Konzentrats dispergiert
bei 90° und 1500C 0,2 # Asphaltene und in einer
Konzentration von 0t5 & bei 1500C 0,4 $>

Zur Modifikation werden 98,4 # dieser Lösung mit 0,66 Teilen
N-ß-Aminoäthyläthylenharnstoff unter Rühren.4 Stunden lang auf
1200C erhitzt· Das auf eine Konzentration von 30 # durch ölzusatz
verdünnte Reaktionsprodukt hat in der Masse bei 990O
eine Viskosität von etwa 1 950 es«

Zur Herstellung des Grundmischpolymerisats polymerisiert man ein Gemisch von 153,5 Teilen Cetyl-Stearylmethacrylat (97,8 prozentig),
84,4 Teilen Lauryl-myristylmethacrylat (97,7 prozentig),
25 Teilen Methylmethacrylat und 15 Teilen weißes Mineralöl mit
Diisopropylbenzolhydroperoxyd als Initiator und Isooctylcresoxyäthoxyäthyldiemethylbenzylammoniumchlorid
als Aktivator gemäß Stufe 1 von Beispiel 1, bis zu 80 $, setzt dann ein Gemisch von
4,5 Teilen Maleinsäureanhydrid, 13 Teilen Laurylmethacrylat und 24,5 Teilen Methylmethacrylat, zusammen mit Initiator und Aktivator
zu, erhitzt 5 Stunden lang auf 105 bis 1100C und 2,5
Stunden auf etwa 1OQ0C und verdünnt das Reaktionsgemisch mit Öl
zu einer Konzentration von 30$ Pfropfmischpolymerisat. Die so
