Description
Method of rinsing laundry. The invention relates to a method and performing for performing the process to wash in fully automatic Uläschmeärhine.n "to be flushed by-Leugenverdünnung n -. It is bekannty the wash liquor, either continuously or in measured doses to verdünneng by pure water tapers and the excess water by will overflow or removed by a pump, the disadvantage of this arrangement-bo -, - is in the fact that the controls for this process are expensive, because this flushing operation or the time for the opening of the Einlaßvontilso must zeitgeateuert * a, to that Zeitechalter are required, in far »n-9, a complicated circuit is required. Another disadvantage of known arrangements is that 'the out-, once the washing water is left out and the laundry then cools down until the hot' rinse-out again flows in. Another disadvantage of the known arrangements it is also that there is always a constant water level during the rinsing process, but it is useful äßig in * -Special for the washing process would be if would be present during the washing different water heights "-da by z. 8 at a lower water level * q and the 'use of drum washing machines another redeployment exercise of the laundry takes place than at high Where Beetstand, it is also committed at Waschmeschi the Different sections nen of wash programs with different hohen'WU' * serständen perform. In this known design, however, the principle of "denying" is not used. By a swimmer . wi , rd at the FUhin 'one : ÜWL correct level height set. In order to rinse, the lye must be drained off * It is therefore a two-stage process.
In an older application, rinsing was carried out with changing liquid levels during the rinsing process. In this method, but not diluted "but to the first elapsed tank water is replaced by clean water, This is a large amount of waste water diluted general gradually. In particular, the discharge of the liquor does not find int closely to avoid these disadvantages and to conduct the method of washing laundry to be that with the greatest laundry care a best washing effect is achieved with a least amount of effort in fortdeuernder cloth movement etatto -Aufgebe the invention. Under effort is here u. 9 to understand the energy that z. 8. is required to heat rinse water, and effort is also to be understood as the construction effort that would be required in the device for carrying out the method.
The solution to the problem according to the invention is that at the end of the Weschgenges in continuation of the washing program, the detergent solution from its normal high level to an adjustable lower level z. B ' sinks by opening the outlet valve or pumping out and then the high level is reached again after closing the outlet valve or switching off the pump by filling it up with pure uterine, so that the tempo decreases with increasing dilution of the leugen'p this game being repeated any number of times. The interaction of the individual processing steps results in the following advantages 1. There is constant movement of the laundry during the entire rinsing process. The moving laundry is better flooded by the lye or the rinsing water, 2. A periodically changing stance from the lowest level to the normal level is reached with every game . In addition to feature 1 , the advantage is achieved that when the laundry is rearranged at the lowest level, the lye is practically squeezed out. Prolonged washing or agitation at these levels would likely damage the laundry. This Auspreseen at the lowest level by the Aurein- # slugging fall of laundry in a drum washing machine always expresses Leugenteste from the tissue $ the because by the subsequent clean-water inlet diluted so do not werdent more in the laundry eblegern "By-Zustenenwirken of the features first and 2. it is achieved that 3. a decreasing Leugenkentration occurs with increasing flushing time and 4. a decreasing Leugen temperature is present. All four conditions of action on the laundry result in a rinsing effect that has not even come close to being achieved before.
11 l# I . .. A possible variation of the method is that the lufließende pure water with increasing number of cycles has a decreasing temperature * In this embodiment, the pure water temperature is lowered with increasing Leugenverdünnung, ao # that the fabric is largely protected and can not be quenched to smoke Tompersturwechsel, a An expedient device for exercising the method consists in that a level switch, known per se, designed as a snap switch, switches the on and off actuating organs. 11 l # I. ..
Such a level switch only requires a low manufacturing cost. It could also be combined with a water level gauge so that one can observe the water level from the outside. A time switch is still not required because this switch switches depending on the water level and independent of the time.
Another # possibility is that the, influx through a Leugenpump takes place during the drainage by a magnetic flow valve if necessary with the help of a Leugen pump.
You now have it in your hand, in this game, the up and down of the water level z. B. to fill up faster than the lowering of the water level, or to carry out reverse chronological order » d. H.9 ever yet the circumstances and the nature of what has ehmeschine einzugreifeng possibilities here by have been regulated in accordance with the increase or Abflußmangen. A Ausführungebeispiel the invention is illustrated in the drawing, this case go from the drawing and the write-loading this out further Erfindungemerkmale. In the drawing, a well-known laundry machine 2 is attached in the washing bath 1. In the wash tank, the high level 3, the water level, is drawn in, while the low level, the water level, is denoted by 4. It is possible to bring up during the flushing process, the more the nature of the washing machine # to high level 3 via the normal washing level and the low level 4 also as far lower, as it allowed the washing A Leugenpumpe been 5 can-in switched circulation, by relocating their suction or pressure oil openings once and supplies them once. In the exemplary embodiment, however, a well-known inlet valve 6 is also provided through which water is admitted in a manner known per se; B. by an overflow, not shown, the flowing water blocks the inflow. A known float 7, which is designed as a single lever *, can either close the contact 9 for switching on the inlet valve 6 with the changeover contact B # when, as shown in the drawing, the low level 4 is reached, or it closes the contact 109 when high level 3 is reached so that * by * the drain pump 5 suction takes place. The voltage source 11 supplies the circuit with current. One can see from the drawing with what little effort » d. H.9 and can thereby still can perform so only by using an additional level switches, to perform the Spülvorgang.Jetzt that the sinks for laundry - intensifies performed and gentler.
As an application area of the present method and the device, all possibilities of rinsing are at Weschevtl. Can also be used for dishwashers, where it is important to achieve intensive rinsing in a short time by slowly lowering the washing temperature.
