Washing machine with automatic execution of the washing program In the previously known washing machines with automatic execution of the washing program, it is customary to provide a so-called overflow rinse for rinsing the laundry with a water level that is higher than the water level that is usual for washing.
With this overflow rinsing, the laundry is rinsed using the so-called continuous process, whereby the increased water level is achieved in the drum through an overflow: In order to be able to empty such a washing machine, there is another opening in the tub next to the connection opening for the overflow at the bottom of the tub arranged, provided with an outlet nozzle see easily, which is used to completely empty the lye container.
If you want to use a pump to empty the tub, this only makes sense if no other devices are provided, if the delivery height of the pump connected to the drainage opening does not exceed the overflow height of the overflow provided for continuous rinsing.
If this delivery head is to be exceeded, a second pump must either be connected to the overflow or the pump connected to the drain opening must be connected to the overflow by lines, whereby it is also necessary to enter the line to the overflow and to the drain opening valves in the solution container that are alternately opened and closed by the program switch of the washing machine.
The invention, which now relates to a washing machine with a drain pump and automatic run-off of the washing program with different water levels during the washing program, consists in that two level switches controlled by the program switch of the washing machine are arranged to regulate the different water levels in the tub , one level switch for regulating the low water level during pre-wash and main wash,
the other level switch is used to regulate the increased water level when washing the laundry.
The invention has the advantage that the tub is only provided with one outflow opening to which the drain pump can be connected in a simple manner, with this pump the wash liquor can be conveyed to any height.
In a further development of the invention, it is advantageous to provide four rinsing cycles for rinsing the laundry, the first rinsing cycle being carried out with the water present in the prewash and final washing cycle, while the second, third and fourth rinsing cycle is carried out with a higher water level. .
Further advantageous details of the invention are presented on the basis of the following description of a washing machine according to the invention.
In the drawing, a washing machine is shown, which consists of a housing 1, a tub 2 and a Waschtrom mel 3 located therein. The tub 2 is provided at its deepest part with an opening to which a drain pump 5 is connected via a nozzle 4.
The washing program of the washing machine is controlled by a program controller 6 which contains two level switches, not shown, which are used to control the water level in the tub. The sequence of the washing program of the machine is as follows:. After the water supply, which takes place up to the water level required for washing, with this height of the water level being regulated by the first level switch, the laundry is pre-washed with subsequent emptying of the tub and spinning out the detergent solution that is still in the laundry.
For the final wash of the laundry, a new water supply takes place up to the water level already present when washing before, this process in turn being regulated by the same level switch.
After the laundry has been washed, the tub is emptied again and the laundry is spun out.
The laundry is then rinsed in four rinse cycles, with the laundry being emptied and spun out after each rinse cycle.
In the individual wash cycles, either an increased water level, which is regulated according to the invention by the second level switch, can be present in the tub, or the first wash cycle takes place at the water level already in the tub during the pre-wash and final wash, with this water level being reduced by the first Niveausöhalter-is regulated, while the second, third and fourth rinse cycle is carried out at the increased water level regulated by the second level switch.
The emptying of the tub after each wash and rinse cycle and at the end of the entire washing process is done in a simple manner by the drain pump connected to the drain opening of the tub, with the rinsing water being pumped to any height during rinsing.
